I have Firefox set to clear my cache whenever I close it but often I go for days or even over a week without closing it. Often this is because I have a habit of keeping a site open in another tab as a way of temporarily bookmarking it.

Often I'll keep files open as a way of temporarily bookmarking them, too.

Then Windows will bug me that it needs to install updates and force me to close everything so I can restart my computer.
