Great to see you're back, and sorry I missed an update. The rain effects you put on your images are really effective, and the combination of the boardwalk, low rises, concrete walls and midrises is brilliantly put together.

Another beautiful update, I really like the autumn effects, it gives the city even more character. I've never really saw autumn in person, in San Antonio, autumn boring with just leaves turning brown and falling off  . Is your city set up in the Northeast? Also, where do you get those hedges placed in the middle of those 4 lane avenues on the last picture?

Oh, and on page 13 on your 3rd update on that page in the first picture where the football field was, where did you get that beige Gothic looking school with the black roof? It looks nice.

    Shingure - Thanks once again!

    Mrdazza_460 - Thanks!

Zulu2065 - It is a part of JBSimio's school packs.

Been a big fan of your cj for a long time. I first saw it back in January but haven't bothered to check back in since now. It has really grown!! I was jw if u use ploppables or if they are actually "naturally" grown residential and commercial lots? If they are "natural" how have you managed to keep employment up?- I use the Mattb325 houses all the time("natural growth" not ploppables of course ) and struggle to sustain a population of over 15,000 because of the high occupancy rates in each household and eventually unemployment takes over and that's gross looking and makes me angry :rage: . some R$$$ homes from mattb325 hav 35-45 people :boggle: . So im just wondering how you do it with his lots? thanks.

Thank you very much for the info Wwetom1, It was all i needed to find it at www.capitalsimcity.com - thats the only Spanish website i know of.

By the way, I have another query - how do you get the trees on your street mod/sidewalk to be seasonal? - did you create the mod? If not, where can we get it? From reading some forums, i got the it was impossible because it required a lot lot of work. Thank you.

Zulu2065 - Thanks! And I made it rain everytime we've had some where I live!

Stavis - Well glad you like it! My residential is all grown, while my commercial is all plopped. I use subways.

Urielgarcia - Thanks, glad I could help. I got the mod from here at the STEX! I don't know if it's still up though...

Roger51 - Thanks! Not even one crime!

NMUSpidey - Yeah, that is usually my goal, so thanks! And I still like to hear it!

Your cities are always so tidy and gorgeous. Weird combo of adjectives, I know, but work with me here.:P

Hahahaha no crimes, we will see about that :ninja:

One suggestion is that you remove one tile of the street (near the subway) and put a pedestrian tile or a plaza tile as it would make the place more open and have a bit of space for travelers coming out of the subway!

Very nice. I really like that waterfront too. Those houses tucked away in trees look great.
