This has become a terrific CJ. Honestly, when you first started out and I saw a lot of repetitious buildings everywhere I wasn't sure how it was going to work. I was wrong though and always look forward to seeing more! It's, from my perspective, an interesting mix of American and European building styles. Keep up the great work!

Ok schools over for the week and my computer decided to cooperate tonight so here's the "small" update I promised you, but it grew rather big

I thought I'd show you a traffic solution I've been working on latly. It's the brigde between MCUST and Downtown, and since this rather small bridge was the shortest way from the southeast suburbs it's gotten quite alot of congestions. 

It used to be a large avenue bridge with two lanes in each directions, but now after a big update another bridge has been built right next to it, making two four lane one way bridges over the river. 

Overview:

The bridge with Waterfront and parts of Downtown:

On the Downtown side there's one on and of ramp to make the flow through the road intersection.

On the MCUST side there's just a normal intersection, but nothing more is needed since the traffic splits up onto all the three ways:

The bridge between Waterfront and Alperton is also very congested but since the Waterfront Park and the Marinora Opera house is in the way another bridge wasn't an option.

Instead we built a tunnel from Waterfront under the river to the developing area of Carson.

Here's the Waterfront entrance:

The HMS Clarkson is aretired aircraft carrier from the Freedom fleet, now replaced by the larger Horizon fleet.

The Clarkson is now anchored at the Downtown River Park and opened to the public as a museum.

In the east end of Trinity a housing project is under planning. It's going to be built just east of the newly opened Trinity Mall. The exact plans will be released later this month, but here are some pics of the location:

Thank you! Yes I think seeing roads going orange or red is great, it shows that the citizens are busy and that they are using yje roads I put out

Just a quick update! 

The plans for the Trinity Mall apartments have been released, 650 new apartments right next to the mall!

 Here's the masterplan:

Darkgray: Roads

Green: Parks

Beige: Plazas

Lightgray: Existing buildings

Blue: Trinity Mall

Yellow: Social Services

Brown: New apartment buildings

 Now a quick update about Hayden, a wealthy suburb in the south east parts of the city.

There's nothing new really so I'll just give you some pics

The Center of Hayden is denser housing for skilled workers, there's a big soccer stadium and a mall:

Across the street of the stadium is the Hayden Mall:

Just west f hayden circle is the weathier housing with executives and elites:

Close to Hayden, near the airport is the new high tech indusrty area:

And today there was a huge accident at the May St. and July St. crossing Queens. Three buses fifthteen car and one motorcycle. Big congestions accured as the accident happened in the middle of rush hour. Ambulance and police where quick on the location. The motorcyclist died later in the hospital and three motorists where sierously hurt:

Yeah don't really know what happened but the game must have got the traffic simulation really wrong because suddenly there was a huge pile of cars and huge congestions on all the close streets

GlobexCos just released the new Unlocker mod V.3!!!

Since I ws a tester I know that there's some really good stuff in there

Be sure to download it in the STEX or right here!

It includes alot of new stuff and bug fixes, like the BeachGem and the railroad bridge bug is fixed.

And don't forget to download Moaku's Sandbox mod (needed for the unlocker mod to work properly)

Like I said  I'll give you some prices on the houses in Hayen. Of course the prices differ depending on what house you want but if you would like a villa the prices start around $675 000/£434 000/€530 000 and go up to

about $1 200 000/£ 770 000 /€950 000. The apartments on the other hand are avlible for lease or you can buy your own for $270 000/£170 000/€213 000

And I thought I'd let you know what I'm currently working on

It's a modern neighbourhood in the southwest parts called Karcia.

The goal with Karcia is to make it all carbon neutral. With modern "designed to be green" houses and a good recykling system. Also a small wind engine park is being planned close to the area.

Since the area isn't done yet I'll just give you a little teaser, and maybe sometimes in the short future I'll upload some kind of masterplan

Yeah Hayden is a expensive area, but it's the most wealthy suburb and lots of people want to live there

 Ok here's a short update from Karcia, the area is not all done yet and there will be further expansions in the future but right now this is how far I've gotten. 

70, four family houses have been built just of the E18 in the south east parts. They're designed to be green (not the color)

and the neibourghood is all carbon neutral. A small mall have been built at the big road connecting to the E18, for a fast way to MCUST and Alperton and all the way to Hayden, or you go over the highway and continue against Trinity, Waterfront and then Downtown. It's estimated that it takes about half an hour to get to the Downtown Mall, depending on the traffic levels.

To catch up on the six month anniversiry next saturday there's been some rumors about both a big parade and some HUGE(!) fire works above Downtown but nothing is official yet and everyone who knows anything won't tell nothing.

Hum... Karcia looks good! A bit boring perhaps, but after all, that's how it goes in real life!  I can see you have put some effort on it. Also it has some good views to downtown, I see! BTW, what are those three bigger square-ish buildings at the front in the first pic?

The bigger square buildings are the Karcia Mall, the buildings can be found in high dens commercial
