    Well, the UCCRL is planning yet another Mountain Island Expansion!

    uccrlexpansion2.jpg

    What Will Definitely Happen:

    The Yellow Line will be extended from Portellian to Red Mountain. But officals are divided on where the line should continue on to Laton.

    Plan 1(Orange):Continue along the coast, shortening trip time, and building the tracks on the side of a cliff, providing a scenic view. But that jacks the price up a little bit because land will have to be filled in to insure a safe and peaceful ride, as well as the supports to hold it up.

    Plan 2(Yellow):Build the tracks as a spur, bypasing the town and going directly to Laton via the Elkridge Pass. The grade here isn't as steep as you would think. However, although it's cheaper, it will require more materials and would make the UCCRL Map more complicated then it needs to be.

    Plan 3(Dark Orange): Build something no one has ever considered,which would go on seperated track from Farmington to Laton with no stops, something that will one day come through my RL home town city. Can any of you guess what it is?

    Well, vote on the poll on page 1 on what route the tracks should go....

    Looks good, but I'm wondering something; where did you find the train stations and skins, or did you mod them yourself? 4.gif

    P.S. I vote Route One for the UCCRL, I can't find the poll, but a scenic route is always nice in a CJ!

    I have found that you can get 0 use even when the transit is placed perfectly. Those little sims are very, very fussy!

    Agreed, I'm getting that with my new transport routes (Simford Airport High-Speed and parts of the West Simford Tram), which you will be able to see in my city journal soon... Glad to see that the scenic coastal route has been chosen for the UCCRL! 9.gif

    @111222333444:Well, the population isn't growing that much....

    @Sim_Link:I actually mainly demolish old lines in favor of ones that look better and more realistc.

    @MamaLuigi945:Currently, the next extension project won't start for at least 2 months.

    @Schulmanator:I also get annoyed by that too(Although there are some areas in the UC where 4000+ people use the train at once).

    @DAB_City:Well, the coastal route was actually chosen a long time ago(And it was showcased two updates ago :D).Also, i will check out your CJ.....

    @Schulmanator:Thanks(It's still being fixed in my BAT Thread).

    @DAB_City:Thanks!

    @Emperordaniel:Not for a while....Probably December at the earliest.

    This section of farmland in Hollister Plains is about to become a new project named Sackton Village, consisting of townhouses, shops, and office space.

    sacktonvillage1.jpg

    Roads are laid out and ready to be paved over.

    sacktonvillage2.jpg

    Now, the road to the west of the complex was upgraded with an additional lane and the other roads have been paved over, ready for development!

    Not to be rude, but what's the difference between the first and last picture? I checked both images and they were the same exact pictures.

    Anywho, decent work. :)

    @Envillions:That's fixed now....

    @Emperordaniel:And here it is....

    @DAB_City:It is under the PedMall Menu that comes with the NAM.

    After five weeks, the first building rises 9 stories, which will be a office building as well as a food court and shopping.

    sacktonvillage4.jpg

    Across the street, another office building and a nightclub rise out of the former farm fields.

    sacktonvillage5.jpg

    After another couple of weeks of construction, ta da!
