Mixed young greens with a pomegranate dressing, with diced tofu sauteed in a little sesame oil for protein.

 

Quinoa Cookies with chocolate chips sweetened with Stevia.

Hi Mr. Moose!   Am I hungry!   Any tuna on focacia (spelling)?   Maybe some baked chips and a salad with italian dressing!   And mmm, a tall ice cold glass of mint-tea?   I have this urge for some carrot cake too less the cheese icing.

Sliced blue-fin on focaccia is no problem.  Baked chips? of what?  Italian dressing is oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and basil.  Will that do?  As for the carrot cake, as you like it.

Lunch was delicious!   The focaccia was warm and fesh out of the oven with flavors of the tuna and its seasoned veggies melted in my mouth!  Oh and the baked chipped potatoes (lol) salted at the right ph level!  Todays carrot cake reminded me of why i keep coming back! Can i get a couple slices for the road?

Slice of Beef off the Roast, as you like it - au jus  (M³ substitution - Stir fried tofu with mushrooms and sesame oil)

Mashed potato/rutabaga with nutmeg.  Sour cream on the side

Steamed fresh asparagus.  Pitcher of Hollandaise available

 

Green Salad with Julienne of Swiss Cheese, Ranch Dressing - (M³ hold the cheese and add slivered almonds)

 

Chocolate Custard  (M³ Chocolate Rice Pudding with Almond Milk).

 

Coffee, Tea, Bar Service

Sure, we've got some nice Pouligny-Montrachet that will go will with that meal.  Carafe or bottle?  I think you'll find this a nice chewy Burgundy to compliment that meal.

Sure.  Help yourself to the preserves carousel as well.  We have orange marmalade, strawberry, raspberry, and grape jam, silver shred marmalade, and lime preserve and there is a bucket of peanut butter as well.

OK.  We have a special Chateaubriand tonight and we'll serve that with the usual selection of veggies and sauce Bearnaise.  Will six ounces be enough? (That's about 180 grams).  If not, we can certainly give you a larger piece.
