I in general find the texture of meat to be very unpleasant. The only two real exceptions are bacon and chicken tenders/fingers.

I am pretty fond of bacon myself. Certainly more than other meats. But I also love steak, burgers, ham, turkey... anything really. Buffalo is quite good if you get the chance to eat some.
