3423. Well, if we posted faster, a lot faster, we might be able to do one page during his sleep. Ofcourse, loosing Larks would be another challenge altogether. Basically, you'd need three guys, on-line at the same time. Then, perhaps, if you time it just right, you'd be able to make a page, without Larks on it.

I made post 3383 at 10:18 PM last night. It would be several more hours after that until I actually went to sleep, but when I checked back in at about 3 in the morning shortly before doing so, there were only two posts after mine, and I said "nah, I won't post here again yet". Because, you know, unlike Larks, I do worry about overdoing it!

There then was a huge flutter of activity between 6 AM and 12:30 PM... I was awake at about 11:30 this morning, but first I was eating breakfast and then I was doing other stuff. By 3 in the afternoon when I got in here, I was making post 3417, a full 34 posts after my last appearance. That couldn've been meant missing page if the numbers were a little different. And had the flutter of activity continued just a bit longer, I would've been absent from page 114.

...not that it really would have mattered. I don't need to prove anything to anyone.

3430. Well, there's under 500 posts to make up, then...

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

3433. I wouldn't worry about what Larks does. I'm still going to go to bed tonight around 12:00pm and wake up around 10:00am and go have fun with my friends while we're on spring break, regardless what Larks does.

3435. Wreckingball Man, you get up at 10? I'm able to sleep until noon, without much of a problem. Though that does mean that bedtime is stretched 'till 1 am.

3439.

@Korot

I stayed up after a football game one Friday night with a few of my friends until 7:00am. We had a campfire and other things, and we walked around the neighborhood visiting other people from our school. But then we slept all day Saturday at our other friends house.

Going to sleep as the sun is rising is something I have done many times...

Although, there is only one time in my life in which I've actually pulled a true "all-nighter" and gone two consecutive days without sleeping in between - that was the night I discovered Bob and George and stayed up all night reading it.

This was in January of 2003. The latest strip at the time was this one... less than halfway through the comic's ultimate length (it ran daily from April 1st, 2000 to July 28th, 2007)

circadian rhythm is the biological term for 24hr sleep and wake cycle. apparently it's not good for your body to sleep just whenever. You're supposed to sleep for about 8-10hrs at the same time every day. But between school and soccer and percussion studies, this is hard to do.

I always seem to want to naturally slip into a rhythm of something like sleeping from 3-11 AM, and it tends to take work to tug that cycle back into something more "normal" and keep it there. I can never wake up feeling refreshed at 6 or 7 in the morning, it's always a grumble and roll out of bed operation.

3451. sorry about the number. Those are some interesting statistics. I bet I account for less than one percent of the posts on this thread. I didn't start posting in the forums until recently.
