It would seem that our points have been traded in for Simoleans.

It would also seem that we have also been given a rank placement.

It would also seem that we can somehow donate Simoleans... for what purpose remains unknown.

It would also seem that The Dirktator is being as mysterious as usual.

I wish I knew which of my posts have been rated up to see what gave me my reputation. Hooray for my "Good" reputation!

You can! On the bottom right you will see the number of times someone has rated your post or comment. It will show up as a green number. ;)

But I think you have to rate the post up yourself, in order to see it. Humm.

I'm definitley seeing plenty of "likes" on posts which I didn't. Maybe something is screwy on your end. (and we really need to make it so people can't uprate their own posts. Too easy to abuse the feature otherwise).

There is, however, no way to generate a list of all your posts which have been uprated.

I was refering to posts that you made yourself, not others :)

Here's another idea: The ability to rate down posts too, which would allow for posts to have a negative rating, and they would affect your reputation by -1! To do that, we would also have to allow you're reputation to go into negative if you have too many negative posts.

Cue petty bickering. It wouldn't take me very long to get your reputation down to -230 if I wanted to :noway:

My vote is to ditch Reputation entirely because it is so open to abuse.

Points/Simoleons I'd do away with too, since we're already seeing posts asking "plz how do I get more points???" Its not a popularity contest folks.

Besides, if you want to see the esteem someone is held in by the community, have a look at their Trixies and other awards. Each one of them means a whole lot more than a couple of rep points.

Same holds true. For instance, I see that somebody "liked" my post that you're quoting there. Wasn't me!
