Hey im glad to be back to this great community.

6.0 its finally here and CitiesXL is finally coming out.

I left SC4 because I lost interest but i regained that now.

Yep, I will spend some time on the texturing to achieve what I had.

I want to make some commercial and High Industrial stuff instead of High Rises. I will include a construction lot to add more realism and if possible season props that change during season (christmas, summer)

 Hey SimRabbit, nice to see you back. So, you're new commercial and industrial projects....are they going to be mainly "suburban"-like or will you make them compatiable for dense urban environments for midtowns and such?

Here is some more progress. I will tweak more details and edit the textures in photoshop to add effects etc.

Spike: I will make mostly High Wealth Industrial and IT (Manufacturing and Distribution)

As for commercials, I will do some gas stations (large sized) commercial centers, low rise buildings.

For Education and Health, I will try to make a large school and a hospital.

Main building is completed. I will proceed to make the sign and a couple of stuff. But that will go on a different scene to render each piece separate.

After doodling with 3ds Max (to test BAT4MAX HD) I came up with this creation

I will tweak it a bit more (mainly cosmetic modeling and texturing) and will post on the STEX.

Will start a new hi rise after this.

you think maybe the donut shop has large tables? bigger than cars, it seems. i loved your little shopping center on the STEX you put up recently though, and that donut shop looks great. heck, even that proposed skyscraper looks like it has some potential. keep up the good work!

1. are you going to add the spire, bringing the final height to 2,028 ft.

2. are you going to add the square base like in the renders
