I must admit that I have picked people for thier looks......but I notice that doesnt last too long usually....I dont think there is anything wrong with it.....Im only 17 and it isnt like I would commit to anybody right now.....I do notice though that sometimes people that are not too good looking can be really mean to just about everyone......especially at my high school

If I was you, which I'm not, but still, I would just wait it out and see what happenes.

If she makes 'moves' towards you, then, play it safe and be friendly too her.

If she doesn't make 'moves' towards you, then, play it safe and be friendly too her anyway.

If she decided she can't stand the sight of you, don't be friendly to her, and either simmer for a while or move onto someone else.

I never, ever, ever go on looks. If I feel attracted to a person, it means I have spent considerable time working that person out, their personality, there core emotions, if they are prone to random killing etcetera.

I would much rather fall in love with an intelligent person with a good personality who has a face that reminds me of a horse' backside, than a drop-dead stunning person who has the IQ of an ant and the personality of a rock.

I hope y'all don't mind me popping in for a quick post.

I've been reading over the last few pages of posts and have been diligently trying to digest and comprehend the train of thought that has being written.

I've come to one conclusion after my perusal of this thread -- I am SO GLAD that I am SO MARRIED and don't have to be involved in the "single-looking" scene.

I've been married to the same wonderful woman -- my soulmate -- for 32 years now and can honestly say that I love her more today that the day I first told her so.

There is a certain nice quality to being permanently attached to someone.  I rather like it.    Much less stressful for me, anyway. 

And he's such an unbelievable sweety-pie.  He gave me his airfare-to-Japan money so that my bunny can get the surgery that she needs.
