Very good start. You're using a lot of nice working custom content, especially the one track railroads.

The river could use a bit more work. Maybe use some ploppable water instead of the peg ponds?

Cedar Creek Canal:

Cedar Creek was experiencing increased shipping traffic, and some parts were becoming unnavigable.

The Town hired engineers to build a canal in its place to increase capacity.

(Using the CAN-AM)

Those R$$$ sims flocked to the new, and apparently attractive canal, but the old JR/SR HS(Greyveil) was flooded with students, so the town built an fancy new high school in the new neighborhood, named Ward SR HS:

Remember the quaint little Cedar Creek Bridge...? Well here it is today, renamed the Eastbook road Bridge, sine this is

no longer a creek:

High Street Shopping District:

Cedarville has grown quite a lot in just 4 days.

the Sims were looking for some high-end shoppingcenters to make them even more suburbanized.

The Stores were built along a new road connecting the new parts of Cedarville with I-17.

High Street is also the new route of US-522.

List of major stores at the New Shopping Centers:

-Tesco

-Steinmart

-TJ Maxx n' more

-Food Lion

-Walmart

-CostCo

-Great Escape Cidemas

-Courtyard Hotel(without the courtyard)

-Cheescake Factory,Red Robin, Panera, the Cancer Place(MCDonald's), and Applebees, and more resauraunts

-And SOOO many more!

Nice CJ. I like all the trees surrounding the farms. I also like your use of curved roads and far. The commercial shopping centers along US-522 look great too.

You're not from Virginia perhaps... US-17 and US-522 go through central VA!

That makes sense... I think US-522 originates in PA, to the south it ends near Richmond, VA in Powhatan, if my memory is correct.

This is an amazing start! So much realistic detail in everything from the farms, to Cedarville's new shopping center. But I especially like the way you set up the farms. Can't wait to see more!
