Dang right at the limits. with a 3.0 and 2 G RAM probably wont be able to run it at full graphics.

Anyone know if a Gforce 6200 is better or worse then an 8800?

EXCELENT NEWS! By the way, yes GeForce 6200 is worse than GeForce 8000. As you may guess from the number scheme.

Mine should run this pretty good, bought my system last year so I should be safe for a few more years on it.

it won't it is too slow, it will work however but not adequately enough to be enjoyable. ie vert choppy on low settings

what ever happened to the "it will run on an 3 year old system smoothly" statment

that IS a 3-4 year old system.

those req wasnt even high end 3 years ago...

not poking at you by any means, but i do know too many people that think "3 year old system" means that 300 dollar machine they got 3 years ago...saying "i DID get this 3 years ago..it should run it." true but it was a low end bottom model when it was new.

I'm not sure how it will run on this computer:

    P4 @ 3.2Ghz

    2GB RAM

    8600GT

    1280x1024 resolution

I'm guessing low settings. My mobo I have in it is severely hindering my ability to upgrade. I can get a new video card, but my CPU would bottleneck it.

However, on this newer computer in my house

    i7 920 @ 2.66Ghz with Hyper threading.

    8GB RAM

    GTS 250

    1920x1080 resolution

it better damn near max it. Other wise, we'll know if the game was optimized poorly.

GF4MX lacks the fully programmable pixel shaders required for this game.

It has shader, however they are not full shaders. very limited.

I hope it will be able to run with lower specs because I won't be able to play it if it doesn't

My computer is getting on for 4 years old now, I have an AMD Athlon Dual Core 4200 2.2ghz, 2gb RAM and ATI 4670, and I'm not entearly sure if it will run very well.

I'm a bit reluctunt to spend £1000 (again) on a new computer, at least until this one breaks, which is probably quite likely, considering the one I'm using now blew up twice 34.gif, the one before that went through 3 hard drives, and the one before that... well, you get the picture.

Why does one drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?

Why is delivery by boat called a cargo and one by land called a shipment?

i'm still undecided about buying it. I don't care about running it at full force, but how will my system perform if I do buy it.

    Vista

    AMD Athlon 64 2X Dual Core 5200+ 2.6 GHz

    3 gb ram

    nvidia 8500 gt 512mb

Hopefully if it will not run on my nearly 3 yr old desktop, it will run on the 1 yr old laptop. Upgrades are possible, just the tower on the desktop is small. (HP SlimLine one)
