But now I am coming back again and strong outta the gate with some great treasure trove of Items that was on the LEX and STEX but do to IID conflicts that popped up and other items these lots I am going to be working on was taken down...

Hey, GREAT TO HEAR FROM YOU!!! Hope you are doing great!  Okay, now I got a stupid question, what is PIMX?  Of course you can relot them if you like about the LEX, sure - of course and the STEX - keep me in the loop about that, and if you can give me the link when you up load them. Bobby

OK So i was looking at releasing a another fantastic lot that has been long time lost due to Maxis site clearing out SC4, I have contacted Berserk666_v4 about uploading Freeland Yak Stew Plant, I will have pics of my work in progress on this soon but here is hoping that he will get a notification I sent him a personal message here and log on and give me the green light to go ahead with my plans

Havent heard nothing back from Berserk666_v4 about re-uploading Freeland Yak Stew Plant

So I take that to mean that the original model is not on the STEX now? If not, it's an unfortunate situation.

That is correct Nos.17 Freeland Yak Stew Plant is not on the Stex at all... It was only on the Maxis Exchange back when they had one for SC4.... So this brings up the question since I have tried to contact Berserk666_4  would that be plagiarism if I give him 100% credit for Batting?
