jacqulina- Thanks 9.gifAmthaak- Thumbs up for stopping by, and thanks for the nice comments. 1.gifjonpaulosiglos- Thanks for the link! As for stopping the growth of maxis buildings, for me it's all perseverance and luck. Custom buildings sometimes appear when you plant god mode trees over certain lots, though.SC4Poser-moser- Thanks!GreekMan- Thanks, your new update has arrived 9.gifedmonton_stinks- Thanks, and lol, yeah your probably right! 120% more grit.delija21- Thanks for the comment!saathoff37- Thanks my friend 1.gifNMUSpidey- Haha, thanks!blakesterville- Wow, what a nice comment! It's my first time replying here, but I have read all your previous updates, and I really like how you added the CC without overdoing it. I'm also glad to see an elevated rail line! 9.gif Keep up the great work!

Great job with downtown. It looks really amazing. You have the right amount of buildings and the right amount of empty space. I really like the parking lots you use, they really add a lot to the realism. The parks look great too. Keep it up!

I like how you have the gleaming downtown area, but also the areas like Tribeca and SoHo that have the culture of the city. The sprawl around the city reminds me of LA's massive sprawl area. Have you fixed that transport bug, as I see you now have some public transport?

Don't mind if i mention abt your airport. But it seems that if the runways have a heading of 18, the other side should probably be 36.

If those are 2 different runways, then there should be no problem.

Beautiful downtown district. I'm really impressed that you were able to make the default Maxis buildings look good, not may people manage to do that.

Amazing downtown! It would be very realistic for a Canadian city--huge variety of wealth levels and building ages. I'm very impressed.

And oh yes, I have fixed the transit bug now!

kccl35- I'm pretty sure the numbers on the runway are correct. There are four runways, they are two sets of parralels that cross over each other, although I didn't post any pictures showing all the runways in one pic! MCO1254- Thanks very much! edmonton_stinks- Thanks man! 44.gif

So amazing! I like the contrast between bright and dark! There are so much beautiful areas to look at in the downtown area. The suburbs really look endless! Very nice use of PEGs pond kit!

    Keep up the good work!

What a great update! I love what you've done with all the residential areas. I especially love the are with the houses with red roofs and no backyards. Reminds me of some suburban communities in Calgary where they try and fit as many large houses as they can in tiny lots. I also like the way your warehouse district looks. And as always, you're the man when it comes to parks! Great work my friend.

Wow!!! So i have been checking in and out of here ever couple updates or so but have yet to leave a comment (I dont know why!) Wow, wow!!! Amazing journal you have here!!! The suburbs are amazingly well done, very sprawled and realistic!!! I also love that airport a few pages back, great work on that area!!! However my favorite has got to be the downtown area!!! The choice of buildings is awsome and the placement is just as great!!! The parks and use of the water/islands is incredible aswell, it really ties the area together!!! Overall a outstanding journal that I will definatly be returning to!!!

De Ja Vu- Thanks for the comments Dejavu, glad you like the downtown a lot. 44.gif

SC4Poser-moser- Thanks very much! edmonton_stinks- Lol, thats good to hear. (Or read, I dunno. 3.gif) selles- Thanks for the reply. I'm glad you like the 'no backyards' area too! I quite like it. Twenty20- That's a very nice reply, thanks Twenty20! GreekMan- Ahh, well, I do get quite a lot of abandonment once about 3 quarters of a large city tile is filled up, but I leave those areas out of the pictures! Nevertheless I zone commercial along nearly every bit of avenue to try and give everyone as much jobs as I can nearby. mancoolman- Thanks, and the seawalls I use are Marrast's Embankment Set. (On a personal note, the embankment set would be much easier to find if the words 'Sea' and 'Wall' were typed in it's description! Oh well.) TmiguelT- Thanks once again, I always like your comments! 068664663- Thanks! Unfortunately I can't give you a link to the trails I use though, I made them in lot editor with textures I found from a download. I have no idea what the download was called. 15.gif Sorry about that!Hawkeye9- Wow, thanks for your super reply Hawkeye! 9.gif jacqulina- Thanks for the comment Jacky!

No update this time, but I did take a region view. Parkopolis is certainly getting big!
