In the near future, President Barack Hussein Obama II had been re-elected for five terms, as he is the most popular President for making America utopian. NASA discovered a planet in this galaxy that already has land and intelligent life, so Obama has named the planet after himself and ordered colonization in the river delta of the Obama area. The planet has many wonders, so come join us and explore...Obama County.

Prolouge

Setting: Year 2029; Obama just inagurated for fifth term; America lives in utopian society and is running out of space

President Obama (O): Please, secretary, tell me more.

Secretary of State Hilary Clinton (C): I don't think we should in front of the media.

O: Okay, into the map room.

C: So, its on a planet, orbiting a new mini-star called 10Americ. The planet has been named after you, 10Americ a, Planet Obama.

O: How about the land located over here. (points to Pacific Northwestern-type area). We should land there, considering its closer to Earth.

C: The astronauts will have to set up stations along the Pacificana Ocean, so the mission is funded and ready to go tomorrow and you're going to visit them tonight.

O: When will we have a state trip to the planet, C?

C: As soon as they establish a colony. We're taking a lot of stuff from the 2000's, before you came becasue its cheaper.

O: Okay, so tell the media about it, I hope they haven't found out about Mission 10-O-a yet.

C: They haven't. So, were ready to go?

O: Yes. To planet Obama.

As you can see, President Obama has approved a mission to the recently-discovered super-giant planet Obama, orbiting a star near Earth. NASA had only gone as far as Pluto in 2020, so a longer mission would be harder. Soon enough, though...

Aaron McNeil (A): We are approching the ground.

NASA: Good, now make a secure landing on one of the islands or on the plain.

Mary McNeil (M): We have landed near a river delta.

NASA: Aaron, come out so we can do the televised broadcast.

A: That's one jump for man and one giant leap for robotics.

NASA: We have landed on Planet Obama, now continue with Mission 10-O-a.

A: Okay...

NASA: Incoming message from President Obama.

O: Greetings McNeil.

A: Hello Mr. President.

M: Hi!

O: I am here to congratulate you on your successful landing. We will be sending more people once you set up a base camp.

A: What shall we name the island we landed on?

O: How about McNeil's Island? To honor both of you.

A: Okay.

M: Alright!

NASA: Message end. So start building on McNeil Island.

A: Okay.

M: Roger that, NASA, end transmission.

So Aaron and Mary McNeil started a colony around the crater of their landing. Here are some before and after pictures:

Obama County is part of the Obama Continent, claimed by the United States. The whole planet has now been claimed for the US and there is evidence of intelligent life on the main land and in the delta region. There is also a polar icecap just north of the area. In Obama County, the Obama and Biden Rivers flow into McNeil Sound and their sources are Mount Obama and Biden. There is gold and coal in the cliffs there, so miners are coming here too! A ski resort is planned, since mountains on Earth are becoming smaller and smaller.

Planet Obama rotates around 10Americ, a red dwarf star. The system is located opposite to the Solar System in the Milky Way. Planet Obama has three major moons: Clinton, Pacifica and Washington alofn with two minor moons: 2008 and Earthica. Another planet, which crosses Planet Obama's orbit, is named Biden and has three moons: Deleware, Senate and Beau. Here's a diagram of the Obama - Biden systems:

Chapter I: McNeil and Biden Islands

As the McNeils made a settlement, people came through a spaceport on Biden Island (east of McNeil Island) and will later come through an airport that is designed for inter-planetary and Earth travel. Here's the settlement on McNeil Island, with the crater hidden by trees at top-left:

A group decided to build east of the "Old Town" and called their modern town Obama Bridge, as it was located next to the bridge to Biden Island.

Biden Island has a spaceport and was connected by road to McNeil Island's settlement. Here's a view of Biden Island:

An oceanic institute was set up to educate children and adults about the water that surrounded them.

Chapter II: Presidential Perks

President Obama has arrived! When he stepped down from his space shuttle, he said, "This world is beautiful! Get the TV camera crews ready." He would then establish an island for official Presidential stays; the island was named Presidential Isle. Here's a view of the island:

With the visit, morale on the islands improved and some wanted to move south and east, so a large marina was built on Marina Island. Here's a first look:

Garbage piled up, so a new facility (not finished) was built on Garbage Peninsula:

So, now we will travel southward to a new area, more surprises and...a special guest comes to McNeil Island! Stay tuned for more of Obama County...

Well you know the Obama trend has gone to new heights when he's got his own Sci-fi CJ.

In teh nxt chapter, George W. Bush III (who is an evil genuis living in a far, far away galexy) should lik indave Obama planet and lik take it ova! Then he will mine all the coals and oils and ova through Obama, and then Dick Chaney II comes and starts punching baby seals!

Usually I only judge a CJ on it’s city building and presentation though, so you actually did pretty well in those areas.
