Ridgeway reminds me of my town, North Lakewood. Over 100 years of history with a little small town feel (except with a giant mall and traffic ) and we are north of Marysville, Everett, and Seattle and they are trying to annex land here to build a giant mega-city.

Wow!! Another set of awesome updates. My favorite must be the Larsen State Forest, your mixture of flora and use of ploppable water there is breathtaking. The drive is nice too and I like the shops in downtown Creekshire.

New Project!

The History of Skagit County

This will take you thorough the long and storied history of the battles for the Skagit Valley, and through the challenging predicaments the government has faced to make Skagit County what it is today.

I found this book in the local ReaditUp Used Booksellers store at the Fenk Road Shopping District in Oak Pines. The text inside of the book makes up for the absolutely hideous cover.

I skipped to Chapter 8: Skagit County. This book goes by the state's regions, and luckily we don't have to read through any unneeded info due to Skagit County's significance by itself.

I like the rural and small town feels of Skagit County- good use of the SAM, too. I also like the history.
