Ninten1: You know how it is sometimes with a certain lot from a certain angle on uneven terrain? I have seen swimmingpools on a 45 degree angle. Well that is what happened to that lot from the upper picture's angle. Now here is another  and better screenshot of the Nexis Entrance Gate, to give you an idea what the lot looks like.

 

Mat8hew:, yes , I will mention Wren Trey very soon, he will be in the second next update, with a good story. You see, I have to talk about all of them characters, before I start all over again. That's why it might seem to take so long. Don't worry, I won't forget anyone.

While we're here, I might as well announce the birth of the first child from the Nexis/Dice union. Holly Nexis-Dice, Troy's and Noyita's first daughter and child was born this morning. The first next branch of the Nexis Kindom's heritage.

Vallen Nexis,father of Troy, Jadis and Lyll, has been elected as one of the Rulers on Genesis.Having always been one of the most important men on Genesis, now he has the power that comes along with being a Ruler. Btw, there are 5 Rulers and one Grand Ruler on Genesis.

I don't really have much time this weekend to do one big update, so I will make a few smaller ones. Here is the first one:

 

Red Poll, the municipality, where only smaller buildings are allowed by law, has a new citizen. Brett, after having designed many different small offices here and there,finally bought himself a home with a view over the great Outlet of Nexis Lake. He just finished designing the Main Office building for Sherlock Holmes Security in Bolton. Construction of this office will start next week.
Here is a close look of Brett's home,almost in the wilderness, but with the highway not too far, he can be in Gloryville within 30 minutes, or in Nexis City in 35 minutes, and this without any clogging of the traffic.

 

...at night...

Having been ordered directly by Vallen Nexis himself, the construction of the Space Station Nexis I is now closed for three months. This is simply to make sure that Phase 4, the final phase, will be perfectly installed with everyone being in a relaxed state. The Telescope,also called the *Black Eye*, is worth more than the Station itself.
Except for some scientists that will continue to study Genesis from above and listen to *Space Ears*, the whole team lead by Evermind was leaving last night to the surface. They will be back in 3 weeks.

And so you don't always have to go back to the previous pages to see, where is what, I will add a region map once in awhile. This one shows the transportation system.

Something we don't see too often here, the other part of the Region, somewhat undiscovered. Troy Nexis, when he was young (remember?) has been in most of these parts, but not to the extreme limits.

The Flatland Valley is immense, six township easily would fit in there. Many other townships are still to be born.

First some answers to the Questions:
ninten1, what we have been seeing and what I am playing on , is only about 35 % of the region map, somewhere here is a picture of the whole region.
Surburbanite: I must have something like 400+ of my own custom lots and Bats, maybe 150 + are available on the Stex.
megaman and andrew george, thanks for the compliments.

 

I was talking about this earlier in this CJ , that I usually make even mentions of everyone participating every 10 days. Today is the tenth. All have been mentioned, to make it all even. Except for the Newcomers, everyone has been mentioned 8 times.  For Newcomers it varies between 2 to 6 times, but slowly they will catch up also. I keep note of all this, so no one is left out.
Starting tomorrow, it will begin all over again for the next 10 days.

 

The following two have not been talked much about lately, so we will do this now.---------

 

Finally a friend of mine was able to fly over the restricted area of West Axis and take some pictures before he was threatend to continue his way. On this picture we see the Miss Kitty Cat's farm, that has the barrier with guards just behing the Hawklyn Valley farms. It cannot be accessed by road without a special permission from the Rulers. Everyone was wondering what was going on there, especially Adley Hawklyn, who is the nextdoor neighbor.

 

Also I was able to find someone who works there, and he gave me some information, what is going on  behind these fences. Of course I had to pay a good amount of simoleons to get him to speak.
Actually, it is just an Experimental Farm of some kind, for vegetables, plants and flowers, not much more. When I asked him why all the secrecy, the fellow just said: *who told you that it's secret? It is not that secret at all, it's just they are working on some healing plants right now, that could be used as powerful drugs if they come into wrong hands, so they keep it just in security, without making too much waves, until they figured out how to use them plants without the hallucination effect.*.......What? ....and I paid this guy to get the info, that I could've gotten from the Minister?.Well.......
Miss Kitty Cat is the responsable for the farm. I hope to get more info from her the next time I meet her.

Adley Hawklyn is doing just fine I guess just by looking at this picture. Living in a 4 story Mansion, near his cattle farm, you can see him in his driveway talking to a kid in this picture. I wonder, did he get married?

Now owning a lot of acres here in West Axis, but also in Axis South, he just took over the food market at 10 % now. Meaning he is dealing with a lot of food and money at the moment.Production is at its maximum, and his hired help is now 24 strong. 19 workers in West Axis and 5 in Axis South.- Here we have a nice look of the whole farm in West Axis.

 

Next: G-Spacer 27 landed with the Evermind team (New BATlot).A look at Bolton and Roundlake Junction and also some news from Jim, he just got out of coma.

Evermind, your home will come soon, now that you are on vacation for three weeks, you will have the time to look around for a good home. Still wanna live in Axis City?

 

The Evermind team came back safely from Space Station Nexis I this morning and landed in Atlas on the Base. Now, the team will have 3 weeks off to do their personal things and get ready for the final installation of * Black Eye* (the telescope), called phase 4.
Also here we have a overview look of the Atlas Base's restricted area.

 

The Spaceship transporter G-Spacer 24 will be on general maintenance now for three weeks, cleaned up and loaded with the telescope parts and to be ready for the next voyage to the station after vacaction. Tim is responsable for the loading, so he will only get the first 2 weeks off base (sorry).They need at least one responsable person for this. Wonder what he will be doing in these two weeks.....

Before the team left for the vacation after the health check up, Vallen Nexis ordered them to meet in the Main Nexis Space Program Office, underground,for a briefing. Nexis asked Tim and Evermind, if it were possible to build a Replica of the Station right here on Genesis somewhere and use it as a Tourist attraction and also as a training facility for those who will be send to Nexis I.
Tim said that it was possible, but would cost another bunch of simoleons and take again some time to build. Evermind added, that it will be easier, now that they have the experience.

 

Vallen Nexis approved and the date is fixed for its construction. He will now get in contact with the Rulers and the counsel to find out where.

Jim, the lot is not available anywhere, it is a Nexis lot, made for this CJ. I might make a better one later, if there's demand for it.

There are still some other Nexis lots coming up in my story, also one or two for the STEX....soon.

 

HikaruIchijo (wow what a name) ......Yes, I think the vessel  is from space 1999, not sure though. I downloaded it from somewhere and modified it a bit to my liking, can't remember where though.

subedei,  it's a Radio Tower alright and I have not the slightest idea  where I got it from. Unless someone here (one of our readers)  knows about it, I will do some research on this later.

 

Today, I mean tonight, we will talk about Bolton, Roundlake Junction, New Sholes and Three Towers. Just a smaller update, because I have little time these days.

 

Not much developped yet, Bolton is still one of the smaller towns of Genesis. Most of the people that live here work in Gloryville, which has more than enough jobs. The Mayor of Bolton is doing everything to draw more jobgiving industries to Bolton.

 

Freddy Bison decided to buy the Dice's Office buildings at a low price from Noyita Dice, and rent some of the offices to some smaller buissnesses. But also to move his Construction Company's Office here.

Bolton, still the hometown of Kevin Slayer, received a Security Office of the Holmes Security Services. Sherlock Holmes, the owner, decided to open an Office right here in Bolton for better service in the surrounding townships with 43 jobs. The Office building was designed by Brett, who finally found the time to do so, and the building was built by some of Jim's workers, that he lately hired. Jim is still in the hospital with some broken bones, but he is out of danger and already wanting to get his hands on some tools with his employees.

Roundlake Junction, the beautiful village lying on the edges of the lake. This is the place where Joao Otavio disappears to on weekends with his pals. Here he rents a room in the local Motel and does some boating,delta planing ( and also some illegal car racing on the empty rural roads sometimes) and see his friends in his favourite smalltown Nightclub on Saturday nights.

Joao just loves this place to relax from his hard work in Gloryville.This is the most friendliest community yet, and the Zoning Commission in Gloryville hasn't opened more land for construction yet. Something that the residents of Roundlake don't mind. A woman on the street told a journalist:* If this town will stay like this, small and quiet, I wanna live all my life here.*

Tiel Oil Co in New Sholes, now hiring again,has 7 pumps on the terrain here and is now the biggest Employer of all Genesis with more than 4500 workers, followed by Huber Sims Industries (Razor Blade Logging)
Maybe Alexander MacVicar with his mines will beat them all?

Field Oil pumps working 22.4 hrs/day, since a day is 22.4 hrs long on Genesis.

Something that changed a lot in New Sholes is the downtown, now offering more Commercial Services than before. Also the Offices are moving in, since Tiel Oil built its HQ. The Mayor is proud now to have achieved this in his town. DrEvel likes this place too, and he is already thinking of opening one of his Starbucks right here.He was seen with Sven who deals with real estate sometimes and I think they will make a deal somehow. Hm....where the heck does he get all that money to do this?

Another smaller town like Bolton is Three Towers with its North and Southshore sections. Here in the Northern part of the town, Henry Zeddicton lives .Henry is from Computer Solutions in Axis City, where he was lucky enough for his store to escape the inferno that they had there last month.

In the Southern part of Three Towers, lives Joao Otavio in a small Country home. Also here is the red little church , where Troy Nexis got married.The only industry here is the Shoe Manufacturing and the Paint shop, on the left of the picture.

At 5:30 pm, and if you sit down in the middle of the country road between the North and Southshore of Three Towers, you wouldn't believe the traffic that comes from the North (where they all work) to go home to the south.

 

The Zoning Commision from Gloryville is thinking about opening another township east of Three Towers, to have some more room for the next shipment of Urulian Citizens , coming in in a couple of months. 23 Vessels have left Uru some weeks ago with some 20,000 Newcomers aboard.

3 more days till the Grand Unvieling of my plans!
The first shipment of steel and iron is currently being packed into their secured crates
so hopefully the rush-hour traffic from Coarseville wont delay it. Also, I wanted to say
that fellows at Uru have a new space-shield (no wind in space) prototype for MY
Prototype ship. And soon it will arrive with the new immigrants from Uru.
O, and Mr. Bisonm, could you please build a highway to coarseville??? It would really
help production! Thanks!
