So here is update 21! (21 is my lucky number =P)

I have created a new city. It's still small but it's growing and each year it's getting bigger and bigger. It currently has just 30.215 residents but the number is sure to grow in the next few years. Some even dare to say that it will double!

The name of the city is Nagashi. (Hey don't judge...you try to find a better name!! =D )

Anyway Nagashi is located west of Shin Shao. Being so close to each other many sims commute from one city to the other.

Here is a aerial view of the city: (Bear in mind (or is it "bare in mind?" ) that this city is still small and doesn't look like much right now...)

The city of Nagashi is committed to ensuring all city residents have access to a range of safe and affordable housing choices. Through numerous policies, plans and programs, the city supports the development and maintenance of a diverse housing stock.

As Nagashi grows over the next 20 years, the city will need new and improved utility infrastructure, roads and greenways, parks, receation and heritage amenities, and of course, affordable housing and childcare.

Nagashi's Economic Development Office provides information and services to help bussinesses invest and grow in Nagashi. They promote economic development by attracting new investment and business, supporting existing businesses and enhancing Nagashi's business climate.

Fantastic update there my friend, I really like the overview of the tow... eehm city.

the market place and the train station are looking really good, but if I were you, I'd better putting a station which cover the two tracks, this means the little rail yard will not exist anymore. In an other way, I looove the mix of old american midtown building (W2W) with the moderns towers and some blocks. (Nice monkey statue.. ;D I have the same in my suburbs (well in almost all my city )). The country side is also a very nice teaser of some upcoming updates..

About the station...pictures like these: #1 and #2 kinda inspired me to recreate such an odd train station...surrounded with a market. And the monkey statue...well...it's awesome!!  I mean do you know any city that has a statue of a monkey?  Take care!

So the enxt update is going to be soon (in the next few days). I have put some more work in Nagashi.

Hopefully you guys won't make the same misstake and call it a town! It's a city!!!

Anyway the I have made some changes to the region. I'm going to completely start over with the southern part of the region. I'm planning on building the regional capital (which will actually be called "Nagiosaki City" (finnaly huh? ). But till then I will focus on the surrounding cities that bring the region to life!
