This is my first city journal so it might be a little wrong in certain aspects but i hope you enjoy.

Welcome to Portland.  Located in the Northwest Region of Rivera.  A port city with a metro population of 510,000, its the 4th largest city in Rivera.

Wow, nice city! I think it's a really cool coincidence that you have a city called PORTLAND, RIVERA and I had named a city Portland over a year ago in a region I named RIVIERA!

needs a lot of work... your close up pictures look fantastic, your region isnt great but it alright,

i can tell you have way too much inudstry which doest look that good and your city is far too repetitive but you have atleast some variety

so its not all that great.

Good start to your cj so far. Shame about the all the abandoned buildings - particularly the skyscrapers - abandoned houses can be fairly realistic, particularly if its a rough area. Anyway, good start.
