Save the Gondwanans from the evil clutches of Alfred Wegener and his tectonic cronies! Before we discuss our strategy to bring Gondwanaland back together, let’s get the background info.

Gondwanaland was a peaceful nation, with no history of conflict. Even Wikipedia reports no wars were ever fought during Gondwanaland’s existence.  It happily existed, in harmony with nature, leading an eco-friendly society. All was well, until the nation was cruelly torn asunder by the likes of the nefarious Alfred Wegener.

Wegener

Wegener developed a campaign of continental drift, creating an insurgency which gradually created continental factions. As infighting and turmoil mounted, Gondwanaland was broken up, never to be together again.

Now YOU can help correct this historic injustice! How? Join the Gondwanaland Reunification Movement, an organization dedicated to returning Gondwanaland back to its position of greatness.  Post your strategies on how the Gondwanans can reunite their splintered lands and defeat the tectonic forces of Wegener and his allies. Good luck! All of Gondwanaland is counting on you!

Build temporary strong walls in the water, that are surrounded by the land pieces. Then, pump out all of the water. After that, fill the gap with dirt, and tightly pack the dirt.

@ hamish... yes, perferably in an amusing way.

Also, part of the strategy can be to defeat the insurgent forces of Wegener's Tectonic Strike Force. Can you guess what we have been studying in science??!

Oh yeah, if the enemy is fighting like regular soldiers, then...

    1. Cut off all supply and escape routes

    2. Launch heavy air and navy strikes onto the area.

    3. Send in soldiers from all direction if possible to battle the enemies and wear them down, and push them back.

    4. Repeat the process until the enemy surrenders.

If the enemy is using the hit and run tactics, then...

    1. Cut off all supply and escape routes if possible.

    2. Drop off patrols to find the enemies

    3. Send in soldiers in the areas that the patrols have reported that enemies are in to crush and push back the enemies.

    4. Leave more patrols in the battle area

    5. Repeat the process until the enemy surrenders.

Okay fine, here are some nonviolence ways...

Bribe the enemy to leave the nation alone forever.

    OR

Send in spies to search for the enemy, and have him arrested.

Maybe leave a winning lottery ticket unattended at the center of one continent and the others will rush back to the center to claim it, thereby reuniting the nation.

Measure the momentum of each of the continents to such precision that the error in position is enough to reunite Gondwanaland.

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

Actually, the Pacific is shrinking and the Atlantic is growing, so eventually N. America and Asia will collide at the blinding speed of several hundredths of an inch per year!

Use the TARDIS to go back in time far enough so that Gondwanaland is reunited. Then, fuse the continental plates using thermonuclear devices, like the movie 10.5.

It appears there is another use for a sock of spaghetti...reuniting Gondwanaland! Of course, there's always duct tape and a bit of twine, but hey, that's been done so many times before...

Curse you Wegener! You and your sea-floor-spreading are no match for my sock of spaghetti!

I shall undoeth thee damage thou hath wreaketh uponeth this greateth nation of peace and quieteth politesse. Let thee Gondwanans liveth free and united!
