The stex won't let you search and i have been looking thru the entire stex and have not found what i am looking for, so can some one help.

Hello all! I'm not new to SimCity, but fairly new to custom content so please be gentle. I've downloaded a couple of the CSX Mansions, specifically Audley End, by Vlakhaas. In the Read Me, he (?) recommends "I suggest that you get the CSX Mansions Document from Simtropolis to help you with this mansion.", but does not link the document. I've searched here with no luck. Anyone know what he's referring to? Thanks!
