In Search of Bobbo's BATs

If you've ever perused Simtropolis or SC4D, there are many great commercial BATs by a person called "Bobbo662", but I have had trouble locating most of his BATs. A number of them used to be at Simtropolis and the PLEX, but most have vanished to parts unknown. Only four files are at the LEX (some gas stations, Wal-Mart, Lowe's, and Red Roof Inn) and a few on Simtrop (El Fenix, some dumpsters, gas station signs) but huge swaths of buildings are missing. Here are just some I've plucked off a list from SC4D, and some I remember.

Ames Department Store

Azul's Bistro Bar & Grill

Bradlees Department Store

Retro Safeway Grocery Store

ShopKo Stores Inc.

Woolco Department Store

Circuit City

H-E-B Grocery Store (this one I actually tried to re-upload in good faith and was banned for)

LivingInThePast, how many times do you have to be told? Bobbo62 withdrew his BATs from the STEX himself as he wanted to rework them. He has started but has RL problems so you will just have to be patient. Please do not post any that you have to the STEX like you did before.

@grbac80:  The L-shaped building is part of the "LBT Hospitals Pack Version Gold" released by Victor Gonzalez and the LBT team.  It is available both here on the STEX and at the Spanish-language Capital Simcity fansite on their downloads section or "Descargas."

@earwax_man:  I have seen scattered images of Beijing's Temple of Heaven on the Chinese-language Simcity China Forum, particularly one posted by user gdwws1.  However, I cannot seem to find an actual download link on its presentation thread by gdwws1 in their BAT download section, and rough translations of some of the replies there hint that it may not have actually been finished or released.  I am not really literate in Chinese and cannot explore the site in depth, but their forums may be a good place to inquire further for those able to overcome the language barriers.  The website does require registration to reveal access their downloads, and those downloads are organized in BBS format.  For fans having diffculty navigating the fully Chinese-language Simcity China Forum, there is a Simtropolis "Chinese Bats" support thread.

The Arrowz: Hello, Your first request is part of a trail park set by Jeronij, Your second request is a crosswalk mod, The CPM Zebra Crossings Modules made by ebina. (Hopefully I have the right one because these were originally made for Japanese themed cities.) Unfortunatly, I could not find the third one, but yes I think the mod is for right hand avenues too. Try the japanese SC4 community if you are still interested you may be able to find something there.

Stekhouse: That plaza looks like a mix of the Urban Beautification Kit [1] and [2], and the Marrast footways. Not so sure about the stalls though. I wouldn't mind having those myself.
