Welcome to my new CJ!

This is my second CJ, a replacement for my previous: The Kingdom of Akra.

Although it was good I wasn't pleased with it, so I dicided to make a new and better one.

*Archandia Introduction*

Archandia - Northern Europe Monarchy; what is the etymology of the name? The answer is quite simple!

I have provided you with some additional materials. If you take a look at the region photo you will certainly notice that in the middle of the terrain there is a deep arch extending through the whole region. As the old, local belief says it is the place where the giant dragon Anubis landed on earth before creating humans. From this form comes the first part of the name, Arch-. The next part is an extract from the word land. Summing up, the name consists of two words: arch and land.

As time went by the name changed from Archland to it's former, Archandia.

And why the Northern Europe Monarchy? The answer is as easy as you probably think...

The country is a Constitiuonal Monarchy and obviously located in the north of Europe.

I love how it's located in Scandinavia, I love that part of Europe... (Maybe because my mom is partly Swedish?)

Maybe I'm wrong and it's just coinsidence, but I think that I know where you got your inspiration for that intro.. Am I right? xD

Update 2

* Archandian airbase*

Maybe you have wondered what is a plane doing in my banner? Actuall it's there for a reason It symbolizes the airbase built in Archandia.

Being such a small nation Archandia would never be able to afford having an airbase. Possibilities came after joining the European Union and making better friendship with the USA. Now a "national" airbase is proudly defending the boarders of Archandia and Europe.

I called it "national" as many countries have theirer planes stationed there, mostly Archandia, USA and EU countries.

Now sit comfortable and enjoy the update!

The logo symbolizies the connecition between Archandia and EU in constructing the base and the USA sponsoring some of the aircrafts (the grey plane is american F-16)

As you can see from the picture above the airbase consists of two runways. The longer one ( runway "A") is intended to make big airplanes like bombers able  to land and shorter (runway "B") for small fighters.

What would be the airbase without supplyes like fuel or ammunition? Just concrete rubbish . So that's why the Archandian base is well equipped

The whole area is of course secured. Not only a simple fence was used. There are regular patrols around the base and towers with snipers at strategical locations.

For the end I want to show you the most important building on the island. The communication center. To this place orders from all around the world comes and are then send to the pilotes waiting at the airbase.
