Today we have a momentous occasion.  As I was looking through some old threads, I found this:

biggap.jpg

This is officially the longest time between posts.  Let's all give a hand to RaphaelNinja and ckrhfyajdhfsdjfs. (Although I think neither is still active)

Congratulations.

He is just lurking in the shadows...

Anyway, how could someone bump a three year old thread? Its been dead for three years, and happily I might add.

But I have to congratulate them both. So, congratulations you two.

(Makes a note to bump it again in 2009)

Oh, this is talking about the time between posts within

the same thread.

You see, I thought that spectrumtech was intimating that

perhaps RalphaelNinja and cyhymuebvltwf were  the

same person and that since we hadn't seen either in

awhile (have we?), and that well...

...oh well, nevermind.

Shouldn't the award go to everyone? You know... for not posting for 3 years? I'm going to drop that award off of my diving board, and carve my name on the inside. Just like Bob Ehry(sp?) did in the nineties with the Stanley Cup.

Well I heard, from a friend of a friends donkey's uncle that there may be a noble steed about to make his way across the rickety rope bridge, across the molten lava and rescue the Princess Simtrophia from the top of the tallest tower...  from the dreaded clutches of the evil Over Lord Duke Octavious Septus' pet dragon.

The feature where threads disappear from public view after reaching a certain age didn't exist until early 2007 or so. So in 2006 it was possible to bump a three year old thread. Now it's not.

No rickety rope bridge or molten lava, but blocks and auto scrolling culminating in a fight with a dragon, sure.

Oh, no princess, either. She's in another castle (oops, wrong game!)

So who in the fable is spectrumtech, RalphaelNinja and cyhymuebvltwf?  For that matter, anybody else?

Megaman II

That level was actually ridiculously easy.  Get your boomerangs ready, hit the turbo switch, and waste the dragon in 0.7 seconds.  3.gif

Turbo controller? Feh. Just mash the fire button.
