Great work, I like the older look to your cities. It adds character and realism.

Update 6-Homes, homes and yet, more homes!

Welcome to West Lake, the city's newest neighborhood. West Lake was built around a lake know as West Lake. West Park(The area surrounding the lake) is a great spot for young Haligonians on a Sunday afternoon. Homes in West Lake go anywhere between 300,000 to 1,000,000!

    thelakevs7.jpg

The downtown Expressway splits into two  freeways. This area is know as the Y within the city. During rush hour the Y is usually jammed with people going to the airport or to the City of York(Southwest of Halifax).

Now lets take some shots of the homes in West Lake:

Good work on West Lake. I'm not sure if I like the abrupt bottleneck at the Y or the abandoned houses. West Lake (the lake) looks pretty good as well. Is it manmade?

Huh... aparently I missed the last one.

Now that's what I call suburban sprawl! I get too bored to do that, and I usually can't take the monotony after about 15,000 people worth of it and have to break it up with something.

Very nice suburbs and the lake looks very nice!!!!

The only thing I would suggest is try to stay away from the grid with your streets, and some diagnols in there!!!!!

Like I said looks great, and looking forward to next update!!!!!!!

Looking wonderful! The only thing I might suggest is a different water mod, that one seems a little too tropical... Just a thought... Great work, keep it coming!

Update 7- My tribute to Earth, Wind, and Fire (The 'September' Update)

Due to being September I thought it was fitting to put this song in the CJ. It's September and we know that that stands for the beging of school, work and a bunch of other stuff.

Do you remember the 21st night of september?

Love was changing the minds of pretenders

    While chasing the clouds away

    homes1mo3.jpg

    Our hearts were ringing

In the key that our souls were singing.

As we danced in the night,

Remember how the stars stole the night away

    homes2rj6.jpg

Ba de ya - say do you remember

Ba de ya - dancing in september

Ba de ya - never was a cloudy day

    My thoughts are with you

Holding hands with your heart to see you

    Only blue talk and love,

Remember how we knew love was here to stay

    universityfn0.jpg

Now december found the love that we shared in september.

    Only blue talk and love,

Remember the true love we share today

Ba de ya - say do you remember

Ba de ya - dancing in september

Ba de ya - never was a cloudy day

Ba de ya - say do you remember

Ba de ya - dancing in september

Ba de ya - golden dreams were shiny days

Looks like you didn't let the game graphics load completely before you took that last screenshot, because in the top part of the photo there's only ground textures. Still, very nice update - I love the overview shots and the overall makeup of the city. Keep up the good work..

You make me wana' work on my urban areas again! I have been so caught up in a new project lately that I haven't had time to make a city like this, but you make me want to put that on hold!

    Great work,

Well I don't know the look you're quite going for, but maybe something like this ...?

Overall I would just suggest a deeper blue, less of a turquoise and more of a Navy... If you understand what I'm saying

Anyways the CJ's coming along great!
