Here is a small *update* if we might call it so.

A map of the Lavender region with some details.

In yellow you see where the family is right now, the Lambton beach. You see Number 1, where

the river entrance is and what seemed to be an island on the last Update's picture (above). These are the first beaches the Lavenders encountered.

Number 2 is where they are staying at this moment for a few days, I suppose. It is the quiet lagoon. And number 3 is the rock that some part of the family is about to climb.

In red is the direction they will take in a few days, upriver to the point where the family thinks the riuns of the first Lavender family settlers are.

And finally in white is what the family thinks where the Lavender property expands to, at least if they read the map correctly.

I will be back in a few days.

Many thanks for the comments, they are always welcomed.

    Lavender is closing .......

    ----------------------------------------

I have decided to close the Lavender Story, since comments are very sparce and not really worthwhile all the time that I am putting into it. I am not saying that the few of you aren't worthwhile, but in general this CJ is not going anywhere I think.

Maybe later  (maybe much later) or maybe never at all, I might continue the story, we'll see what time tells me. Most of it has already been written anyways.

It is unfortunate that this is the end of a what I thought would be a good journal, but I will concentrate myself more on ending Nexis of Genesis and also playing Norland from the Istrinian Nations.

I thank all the commenters of this CJ, some of you have been with me since the beginning.Thank You. 4.gif

    ......................................................................

Here are two last pictures of the regions that were included in the story:

The Lavender region that was to be settled........

....and the Maincity, where it all started and where the Lavender Family lives.

    Greetings,

    Hello, MrBison.

It is a sad day across the SC4 community.  I'm very sorry to head that Lavender will be closing, although, I completely understand your reasoning.

Thank you, so very much, for this wonderful glimpse inside your creative mind and thank you for sharing the fruits of your creativity.

Take good care, my friend, and I look forward to chatting with you around the community.

    Warn Regards,

    Vandy

That's terrible news. I thought Lavendar was such a great CJ.

Well, I liked the ending of it. The city is terrific!

Sad to see that area wasn't settled.

I hope you come out with another CJ.

The comments sure don't look sparce, they are way more numerous than New Chicago's ever were (My dead CJ) Please don't end, I like this CJ!

Well, I know that it can be sad for the few and I am sorry for doing this to you, but I weighed out the reasoning and I came to this conclusion of closing it. For those who have a CJ know what time and effort it takes to offer a reasonable CJ. And either this CJ wasn't reasonable enough or it just happened that very few comments were delivered since it began to tell the story. Too little to compensate the effort.

Like I said, it ain't dead, but it is closed. Maybe if I find more leisure time and some of you are more interested in reading the story of Lavender I might continue it later. Meanwhile I will concentrate myself on the Ending of Nexis of Genesis and maybe something else that I have in mind.

Thanks so much for the kind words.

There are many excellent CJ's in this community, which will keep you occupied. Have Fun now!

Before leaving the staff of Moderators because of differences with an Admin, and maybe leaving even the site because there will be no more reason to stay, I will lock this thread once and for all. Thank You for having commented.
