CJ is closed, teasers of my 4th CJ is the only thing now...

Well, I am starting my 3rd CJ... As I said in my past/ current CJ SimWorld: This was just the beginning of the beginning for me in the world of CJ's... I have taken all of your advice in my old CJ and made a new region called Uoni Island!! I didn't like the name though so we know it as Chain Island but only us... The pictures will say Uoni Island please ignore them!! I have only had the time to start 2 cities so after a while we'll get all 5 cities!! I hope you'll like!! High resolution pictures will come after I fix the little crises!!

That sums it up!! Don't complain because the train tracks end in the middle of no where and about the flora problem!! I'm trying the best I can to be realistic any suggestions and/or comments about this CJ would be greatly wanted!! Lets all wish good luck to this CJ!!

Ok well first off,
the piers good. I like that.

Second, turn off the grid, you can do that
by pushing G. 

Other than that it mostly just needs some more 
development towards the inland.

Get a terrain mod, because the maxis terrain sucks. They also have one or two not available here at sc4 devotion.

i like your island...though i dont see how its a chain island! just kidding. and the only thing that i dont like is the fact that the beach in Ports Mouth is right next to the port. it seems like a lot of pollution would be on that beach. but it still is a good start. and that large beach in Peak is really cool. great start and can't wait to see more development!

Good start, but you need a terrain modd. Look up Columbus by cycledogg.

Well this seems that my CJ is already better than SimWorld!! Since the only thing I need to fix is the terrain so I got that fixed and the new terrain mod will start showing up for Update 2!! This will be the last Maxis terrain update O.K.!!

This is a great small region- it gives you very little space, so you can give quality time to your detailing- don't pass the chance for detail up!

old terrain mod and the zommed in ones werent. So I was a bit confused, but needless

I think you should put a beach there, as seawalls are unrealistic for such a small town.

if i were you, i would change the beach mod. that way, when the beach resorts do come, they have a larger beach to relax on. but great choice in terrain mod. and is that water i see? interesting color...

Update 4: The Surprises!

Thanks to edmonton_stinks for coming up with this idea!! There's 2 surprises for you!! 1: A new village called Quincy!! LOL!! I love that name... The second surprise is a surprise until after you read about Quincy! Sory about no update yesterday, my life is very busy on Mondays and Thursdays!

Part 1:

Quincy

A small town forms just north of Uoni Island!

Quincy's utilities area:

Quincy grows:

As the town grows, they establish a pier:

The Quincy Market, The Quincy Marina and the Quincy Lighthouse at the end of the peir:

Part 2:

The Main Surprise:

This isn't much of a surprise but it is fun!! all repliers of this update will be able to chose something they want to build in this region! It can be anything. Once I make Update 5, no one new will be able to build something that is named after them. This will last until every one who replied this update has there's built.

For Update 5 there wont be anything major...

Pretty good update, un1

As for the building requests, I would like a trumpet interchange in a convenient spot. Name it the 'Patrician Interchange' if you like. Just build it when convenient -- I wouldn't like it to stick out like a sore thumb.
