Update  Not posted any pictures for a few days I have been down with the flu   but I'm feeling much better now.

Here goes, version 3 Stafford Avenue finished and lotted.

It has taken a bit longer also because I have had to make props for this one to get it to look the way I wanted it to.

Callbat been looking at Belgravia on Google Earth and there are some similar properties with better pictures. So there is hope yet that I might get round to your request  in due course.

Ok going to give some thoughts to version 4 now.

zero7 Glad you like them. A good sugestion to make a variation of the terrace houses but it isn't going to happen yet. I have such a long list of things to work on I don't want to add any more to it yet....lol.

Jayo  Thanks for you PM and sorry I did not reply (I have been away for a bit). I like your idea and am sure I could contribute some bats some time, but you would have to do all the work on the thread.

OK time for an update.

Thought I would render and trial lot the Uk Terrace houses and I'm quite pleased with the result. I need do tweak the stats some what as it currently has 225 residents .....lol

Anyone any thoughts on suitable stats?

Wow, those curtains are a lovely touch! Gotta love the look of those night windows.

As for suitable stats, I recommend getting SC4Tool and browsing through the in-game buildings. Take a single rowhouse of the same wealth level you intend yours to have, and see the occupant number.

Plop your BAT and that rowhouse next to another in game. Choose an occupant number for ONE of your rowhouses that would be in line with the number of the in-game rowhouse. Multiply that occupant number by the number of houses you got sitting next to another on your lot. Write down the sum. (E.g. 32 occupants multiplied with 2 = 64 occupants in total.)

Once again, fire up SC4Tool and look for a building of the same wealth class that has roughly the same number of occupants. To stick with our example, let's say you find one with 58 occupants and another one with 71 occupants. Check the stats of these buildings and tune your BAT to something inbetween.

about the stats.. well.. T Wrecks gave a good Idea but I've gone even far about using standard values for comparison.. I use them, because I model my buildings after maxis buildings dimensions and btw, looking lovely

Just downloaded the Victorian terraces, great job. I used to live in a similar one .. bath in the kitchen and an outhouse .. shovel by the back door for those 'necessary' trips in the winter, got to love digging through 4 feet of snow at 3 in the morning .. hehehe

Quick update. Work on version 4 of the Stafford ave mini projet. (not much progress this week RL taken over a bit..)

Bear in mind this is only a low quality render.  Of course there is a lot more work on this to do yet, but I have some ideas of how the lot will look.

Lol. been hibernating myself a bit latley.

 Not much progress this week.Only some work on the rear of version 4. Not yet finished though. I tried to make a decent hedge and to be honest it looked awfull , so I have deleated the hedge and am now working on some other props.

Gn_leugim  lol... Thank you my friend I think I do need to work on that edge and the colour will be changed. I  think that something has been "lost in translation". What I was refering to was my effort to make a Hedge ( conversão)  to devide the garden. I think that is the correct translation. But to be sure:-
