I put it in my documents Simcity plugin then in my program files plugin folder. I get nothing under the wather menu so what am I doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. It works fine in the mydocs plugins folder. Under water you should see something that looks like a treatment plant called the Rainwater Collection...

If it doesnt show up, redownload it.

I found it damn that is kewl as heck!! Gismo you should get a smaller custom building like a water tower from Simgoober or something other then the large ugly maxis water plant.

it is a maxis water treatmen plant. I had a hard time finding it but after looking I found it. It is name Rain Collection.

By the way it is not working in my large cities only in my middle and small cities.

all i get is a horrible clicking noise that gets louder and louder when i plop the rainwater plant, and it stays when i demolish it.

Mothas: Go to the Lot Editor page of the Sim City 4 website. When you have Product Registered and Logged in there should be a file which is called Sim City 4 Buildings as Props  That is bldg_props_1
