wow, I just love the last pic and the history pic of the last pic, they're just fantastic, reminds a lot of Kaibesia, but it's a great new mixture between your old islands and more Asian ones! Keep up the great work!

I also think Philip is going to play an important role... I mean with that name. I think they're going on an adventure to find the ghost of Joe.

Okay, I just started reading this CJ (on page 4, but I need to comment now), and I have to say it is both very unique and very beautiful. I'm quite impressed with how you've captured the different personalities of various places like Paris and Venice - but the Proveçal hill village is simply amazing and awesome... truly one of the best SimCity creations I've seen on here. It's one thing to create a thoroughly planned metropolis, but quaint villages can be tricky and you did it wonderfully. I thought my DVD drive would open up and serve me with a bowl of bouillabaisse or something.

[Edit] Okay, I ran across a post where I was here before (21.gif), but I definitely do not remember seeing the French village. Everything is beautiful...

    Hello everybody !!

Alba Serena is coming back, with a new region.

Why a new region ? because It’s impossible to continue with my region Avventura, who makes my game crashing. I’ve tried several times, but there’s nothing to do. The adventure is finished... But not my CJ.

Therefore, I created a new region, “Rivieras”. I’ll present you new cities, in the “riviera style”: italian, french, and other countries.

    logo01.jpg

Rivieras starts with “Isola Bella” (beautiful island) a little and lovely italian island, with terraced gardens. Isola Bella really exists and inspired me to make the first update of Rivieras.

Here is the first part of the Isola Bella’s pictures : the little city.

    ib001.jpg

    ib002.jpg

The little city was built on the left side of the island, behind the Governor’s palace.

    ib003.jpg

    ib004.jpg

    ib005.jpg

    ib006.jpg

This building was the Governor’s palace, today it’s a luxury hotel.

    ib007.jpg

    ib008.jpg

    ib009.jpg

    ib010.jpg

    ib011.jpg

The gardens are located on the right side and on the middle of the island.

    ib027.jpg

    ib026.jpg

    ib029.jpg

With the next update we’ll see all the gardens.

Hope you enjoyed your visit. Thanks.

    Isola Bella Part II

Isola Bella is one of the Borromean Islands of Lago Maggiore in north Italy. Today, it’s a popular tourist attraction, especially for its palace and the famous italian gardens. It plays host to the annual Stresa music festival.

After the visit of the little city, it’s time to have a look at the gardens. They are on the right side of the island, and are visited by many people.

I’m sure that inhabitants of Isola Bella are very happy and lucky to live here. But there are also others nice places around Mediterranean sea, I’ve the choice to continue Rivieras.

Some pictures are in full resolution if you click on them.

I hope you appreciated the gardens. Thanks for your visit.

Such a wonderful island. The terraces are simply delightful... just perfect. And the details... everything is a perfect ensemble.

Thank you to all the people who visited my CJ.

Great thanks for those who took one minute to write a comment.

This CJ ends with Isola Bella, because I definitively give up. After 4 days, only 4 comments, it’s really discouraging. I’ll keep my creations for myself.

Number of comments doesn't reflect how good your work is or how much people wan't to see it. I think you've done an excellent job with Rivieras and think you should give it a chance. Can I however suggest a new water mod, that one looks a little like a swimming pool 3.gif

    Thank you again !

As I said before, this CJ is finished. I am not motivated any more to continue in spite of your nice comments. Perhaps I’ll change my mind later, who knows ?

I like too this game and I don’t give up making cities.

But I don’t leave Simtropolis and I’ll continue to come here and comment your beautiful CJs.

This is my first time laying eyes on this Cj and getting a look over on it. It's lovely and I love all the parks and trees. The greenery is lovely along with the Mediterrainean town right against the sea. It's sad to the see the end of this Cj just as I get to see it. However just because people don't comment alot doesn't mean anything, Don't get discouraged. If I don't get alot of replies when I update I'm motivated to come up with something even better and more innovative.

The best reason to do a CJ is because you like it. And, for me, yours is an inspiration with beautiful vistas. So, I will miss it if you stopped posting.
