Yes. Let's turn back time to where the very idea of this piece of excrement never existed.

SC4, Forevermore!

Currently preoccupied with architecture school...lurking with caution.

I truly love SCS. But was there anyone who got a real outsider idea for the "next" SimCity.

Not really sure what you're asking but per your original question, I suppose the Civilization franchise introduced the concept of society building. It incorporates governments, religion, social issues, relations w/ other nations/civs. I don't know ... I just get very depressed talking about SCS b/c it is a major let down IMO and pales in comparison to SC4, which I consider a masterpiece, particularly w/ all the custom content.

OK, don't run of the main tracks, now. About the Delorean can you talk about in the Off-Topic Forum.

deep thought, i read ur post about having aspergers syndrome in the 5 reasons thread, and i wanted to let u kno that i also am afflicted with this syndrome, yet i love sc4 and enjoy it so much, and if u are willing i would love to give u advice and help as to how to play sc4 and be really good at it. i personally did not like scs, but i respect that u do, and hope u will pm me.

as for everyone else posting in deep thought's threads, i urge u to be polite and civil, as i know the difficulty of aspergers and some of the flaming comments and harsh words u have said will not help him enjoy sc4, and will only alienate him from our site, which i think is particularily cruel in this case since one of the major effects of aspergers is the inability to do well in social situations and also read body language or take subtle hints to how one is thinking, like if u wanted me to go away if i were talking to u in person, you would have to tell me outright, otherwise i wouldnt have a clue.

it is likely he does not have many friends at school and tries to use the internet to make some friends and hopefully meet more civil, mature people than the bullies and brats he might have to deal with on a daily basis, and i say this out of pure experience, not guesswork.

so pls be polite, it would make this site and the world a better place44.gif

    Hey, thanks. (Crying)

In my former school, all boys were bullies and all girls were brats. The only kind contact there was with my pupil assistant and most of the teachers.

Now, I've changed to a school for those with the syndrome. And now, I've at least got one friend in the same age as mine.

SimTown focused on the environment. Not societal values.
