My favorite band at the moment has to be Creed.  Higher has to be one of the best songs ever written, but I love all of their songs...Creed has spawned great groups, too, Alter Bridge and Scott Stapp are freaking awesome in and of themselves.

Hey, has anyone in the US heard of a band called Love Arcade www.myspace.com/lovearcade ? The songwriter/frontman went to my highschool with me, and we sat at adjacent tables at lunch one semester. They're not bad. They talk with bad british accents, which is kinda dumb, but whatever.

Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, and in a broader sense, AC/DC, Ozzy, and all that stuff, and sum 41, greenday, etc.. Really anything rock, other than U2 (arrogant) Coldplay (faggy) Simple Plan (they're more pop, though.. but they're also whiny) and all those other non-rock rock bands out there that I cant stand. You know the ones.

wait, hobostank, you listen to the velvet underground? i never thought youd like them. White Light/White Heat is one of my faveroite albums, and its probably one of the best albums of the 60s. lateley ive been listening to alot of No-Cash though. though most of the bands i like are all Underground East Coast punk bands, so i doubt anyone on here listens to them also(sxecpt duke87, who i turned on to Leftover Crack)

Yea kinda funny eh?
Everybody(2300) in my school thinks its pathetic that i listen to music from the 50s,60s and 70s!
But im not into that emo stuff it sucks!
Its like one note on a guitar all the way through thats torture!!!
And i do listen to alot of underground music im involved in the scene in chicago!
