Did you actually reposition the whole downtown in between pictures? The Bank o China is in a different spot along with downtown in the big picture...3.gif

Everything is perfect! The building variety is wide in every type of development, that's good. I really like how smooth the transition from elevated rail to GLR is. Also, the elevated fit in with the industrial are quite nicely.

Love the pics.  If I could make industrial areas look as good as yours I would, but I can't - so i will just have to keep coming back here to look at them!

now THAT is awesome! my favorite pics (i couldn't choose just one!) are of the skyscraper peninsula, the port, and, of course, your freakin' sweet overview!

the one minor critique i have is of the el-rail going under the highway on-ramp. that tunnel will have to have a fairly steep incline in order to bypass the sunken highway. but that's so minor that most people won't notice it (oh, i guess they will now, LOL!). outstanding work!

    [insert superlative here]

    [and here]

    [and here]

    [here too]

                                [here, as well]

                               [put one here]

[this is a good spot for a superlative]

         [one more for good luck]

I'm running out of praise, you know.  Call me a fanatic, but I don't know how many more times I can say that this CJ iz da shiiiizzz-niyat.

And it's always the little things, you know?  Like the way the GLR weaves through the res. neighborhood like it does in Europe (so I'm told, anyways), or any sunken transportation you might showcase in a city (be it rail, highway, road, etc.), or how you can manipulate diagonals better than anyone else on this site (make them look good, that is...make them look effective and efficient, more than just a break from the grid).  And is that...is that a hill that that El-rail is climbing up before sinking into the ground?  A hill...a gently sloping hill, in an AK city...that's not surrounded by B-bud's walls?  Whoa!

Hmmm...I don't know if I've ever seen Hong Kong, Houston and Prague mixed together like that in the real world.  Then again, I don't know if I've ever seen Hong Kong, Houston and Prague mixed together so well on this site.  I don't know how you do it, AK, but you sure do it!

Oh my god beautiful! . I love it. I can't believe I havent seen this place. And it's wonder how you made Bixel's stuff grow that way. I can't get them to grow in that magnitude.

That is one great looking city! I must say you're a fantastic city planner. everything looks as if it was meant to be there, the development is simply brilliant... I tried to think of more to say but every time I just think 'fantastic' 18.gif
