Nice! You even Photoshopped textures under the highway... thought you'd get away with that didn't you... haha. Don't worry, I used to do that all the time. Someone should really make a mod that dose it for you. Anyway, looking great, the only little thing I could say is... what is that dark blue octagon doing in the middle of a city? The skyscraper, it's a fairly low quality BAT when compared to everything else in the scene, needs to go I think.

Oh, and sorry about taking over your Google adds on pg. 31... lol, this happens a fair bit here on ST, but I've never seen this before...
