I see that in the beginning of the CJ in your first post, you talk about a "Residential Cap Mod". I have been dying for one of those, and I searched and searched and couldn't find it on the STEX or SC4D. I ended up Googling "Residential Cap Mod for SC4" and got a few irrelevant results. Could I have a link please if you have one?

Wow this is excellent!! So realistic!! And the region is SOO huge! It's gonna take a long time to actually build on that whole thing. Great downtown as well, as shown in your last few updates. It really looks nice and you balance it well with midrise and highrise towers. I love the greenery too of your cities, it is certainly realistic. I can't wait for some more!
