How do you use the BAT

I have the EP1 update 1 AND the BAT file already on my computer from the Simcity.com site. So I ran both of those, but the BAT is not appearing so far. What am I supposed to do to get into the BAT?

You need to install gMax, and then the SC4BATInstaller.exe. Then start the program with SC4BatLauncher.exe.

you can find gmax at www.turbosquid.com, and then you need the BAT from simcity.ea.com, install them both, reinstall the updates, and you should be good, and read some tutorials before attempting to create something on your own, trust me, it helps!

But that's not fair! I bought a used copy of SC4 and it says it's already taken! Meaning that someone who previously owned my copy must have entered the serial code on SC4.

You can get it. Gmax is shareware i believe and the bAT could be found probably in multiple other places.

Umm...I don't see the Gmax file and the BAT file. I only see the SC4.BAT updater file, which isn't the BAT, just good for nightlights.

Nope, that's not IT! I said it before! I'm looking for one with the GMAX and the SC4BATInstaller, NOT the SC4BATUpdate! Where does it have the SC4BATInstaller?

Well from what I know the SC4BAT Installer could've been downloaded from Simcity4.ea.com, but they've changed their site. 

EDIT - I've found it on SC4.ea, but you must be logged in to download it.

The problem here is, we can't publicly break the laws and slip you a copy of BAT. If you are determined to create content with BAT, you should go out and purchace the SC4 game as new and then register that copy. That will only cost you $20.00 in the USA, so it is not really expensive. Hopefully, you can still find a copy on sale somewhere.

Follow what links? I am on turbosquid right now, but when I searched for "Simcity 4" it said zero search results found.
