Nice of you to show a good old highway from the Philippines.

Anyways, if I would take a guess, this would NOT be part of a divided highway, but rather a two-lane highway using the normal white dashed lines.  And also, it lacks a proper shoulder.  Looking at the mountainous climate, this would look to be some sort of highway in... somewhere in South America.  I'm guessing--Bolivia?
