great job making the flood! three things though. you use to much maxis. get some custom content. 2) your halo image is too big, 300x50 please. 3) you can only have 1 images in your signature.

It is not a mod, he customized the buildings in lot editor tool and change the land surface to water surface so you can plop the landmarks on water

Hmm...those are great pictures but i can't understand the plot....(???). Anyway, good job with the water trick. Perhaps you light up the end of the tunnel because we only see random pictures and actually can't understand what's happening....keep it up; organise your updates better, too.
