    Why don't you bat larger lots? like rizal park? the MRT LRT Stations for The Elevated rails? Skyscrapers in Makati and Ortigas? Malls? THE SM Mall Of Asia? Universities? City Halls? etc.? please create it if possible... Not just some tiny unpopular buildings...

    It is not a mod, he customized the buildings in lot editor tool and change the land surface to water surface so you can plop the landmarks on water
