Love the development. Great choice of BATs, they really support the theme. One little thing... the lens flare. At that strength it's just garish. I get that you want to illustrate desert sun. But seriously, cut the power down a LOT. EDIT: Sorry, I noticed you cut back a bit on the lens flare usage... Though I still think they're overpowering.

Nice work man! Very middle Eastern. I'd add some small construction sites or parks or something to those places where the buildings just drop off into the desert, might make it a little more realistic.

This CJ is sweet Suplado! It must be incredibly difficult picking out buildings to keep with the Middle Eastern desert theme. I also like the sun glare in many of the shots. It fits in nicely. I'm definitely bookmarking this.
