Sorry for the delays... ...my mother was involved in a serious accident when her brakes failed causing her to plow into a furniture store.. .. luckily the store ws closed when it happened and she only plowed through the glass windows... Noone got hurt but Im going to need to spend alittle bit of time helping her out for awhile... ...the update photo's are ready and will likely be uploaded tomorrow afternoon..

I have enough time to perform a partial update... ...this update is tremendous... Pushing 70 Images so I will divide it into two parts for convinience sakes...

First off I would like to award the by far most patient member with his reward -

                                     The GRANDE OPENING of the South Island Electric Rail!


The rail begins in the northern tip of South Island where it will eventually be expanded into Downtown Newark via an elevated rail bridge.
It's presenc has brought upon several new dense communities along the improved Highway 35 Cooridoor...


It proceeds down the Highway 35 Coordioor through the residential communities...

Before we go further lets have some closer shots..

First... an important news Briefing!

Unemployment Strikes! Residents take flight!

"It was doomed to happen" - "Newark simply wasn't providing its promise like it said it would!" Indeed. Most citizens of Newark moved to the island to take advantage of the presence of oil. Businesses and Banks have been opening around island in anticipation of the oil drilling. One major banking and business center seemed to grow almost over night, the city of Lantia. This became a temporary "Threshhold" to employ citizens while we were waiting on investors to begin drilling for oil... Instead they kept biulding houses to allow more citizens to come into the island. The photo's below describes the outcome of such decisions...

 

Fireplace cannot provide jobs for all of its suburbs...                         ...Newark commercial district collapses and cannot employ its residents...

Residents of high wealth classes leave as they no longer have employment

available to them

 

Eaton, a once High Wealth Community becomes an abandoned ghost town as the Industry of Newark reveals itself to be quite dry.

We know EVERYONE wants a 4 Bedroom House, 3 Full Baths and 2 car garages but what we don't realise is the economic balance of Newark is in SEVERE Jeopardy. Newark simply tried to grow to fast without fullfilling it's promises and while it's not too late, we definately need to improve Newarks Backbone before we become nittygritty. Newark is in severe lack of low income housing and low income jobs. Without these, We can have all the banks and investors in the world but no products to invest IN. We all want sky scrapers but what are they going to be managing?! Commercial Offices can only provide employement if they have something to manage! Right now that means nothing but coal and for the growing population of Newark,  the demand for coal simply isn't enough to keep the city fed any longer. Newark seriously needs to tap into its oil supply and begin exporting if it desires to remain in existance. It also needs to provide homes and employment for its LOWER CLASS. They ARE important as their services contribute to the jobs available for the middle and upper class!.. Lets have a look at our demand levels...

As we can see, indeed Newark is holding out on the Lower class Residential Community... Before Newark can become anything great, this issue

That was a totally awsome update!!! I like my development while still staying in that area, I might add on to it soon...

That toll way... Either the owner pays for the sound barriers or I will sue you for triple the cost of them!!!

But it look like we need more R$ housing, and IM. i have a solution.

I know of a few milling and steal mill plants, as well as some cheap R$ housing, expect to see somthing like Shan Tower.

okay, i would like to reslove this crisis with the new Nienaber's Eaton Public Housing.(Wang Chau Public Housing)

I beleive it will hold 8,600 Lowelth Residents.

It is actualy 2 peaces, a North, and South. Witch together will fourm a circle.

This is Parsel E6, 

Red=Park (whatever looks good to you)

Gray=Street

Black= Wang Chau Public Housing (Heavy Residential)

White=Land I would like to own

I hope this land is not already taken.

Are you planning to upgrade that road to the north? It's nothing but bumper-to-bumper traffic as it is, so imagine 8000 more cars on it. Yikes!

I would include that in part II (If you haven't already)
