Central Square is in Parcel 18, I made a replication of the existing network and then modified it. It's the road intersection where my current line ends. Some of that commercial zoning is already built up, I just put it there for reference, the rest will need to be changed. If you want to see the original it is picture C-3 of Parcel 18.

chriss - I'll tell you what then since I have quite a few requests to develope at once, I'll award you the grant for phase 1 and biuld / quote you for phase 2 and give you the monthly pay that phase 1 would have originaly gave you to cover the costs for phase 2 since it has taken me so long to get this up.. .. The New Central Square

Central Square is just that, the central commercial and transit hub of South Island.  As such, SEIRC has determined it would be best to have its three island branches meet at Central Square.  The development will also add new commercial lots, a redesign of the road systems for better efficiency, and two SEIRC stops.

1. The existing Central Square Station will be demolished and replaced with one where the Red Square is located.  Parking there shall be converted to light commercial.

2. The yellow Square indicates a second station on the A Line branch.  The A Line will continue as GLR-in-Ave to the University

3. The laying of track for future Phases that will create the B and C line branches.

4. 4 Lots of medium commercial, to ensure variety of services in the square and maximize building density--no Spa centers here!

2. A Line Overview

A Line Overview

1. The A Line will continue in GLR-in-Ave all the way to near the University.  This is represented by the thin purple line (GLR) in the red line (Avenue).  There shall be three stops built at this time with others possible as the island develops more.

2. The Three stop should be directly next to cross streets/roads.  One cross street, marked by gray line, will get an extension connecting it to the suburban development to its south.

After crossing Route 35 and nearing the university, the A Line shall separate from the Avenue and turn east, running along the norther edge of the avenue north of the University, then along the southern edge of the road that is Route 35. From there it will have 2 stops in the small development in Parcel 22.

1. The GLR will continue to abut Route 35 until the water tower, where it will extend two tiles further and then continue parallel to Route 35, turning again and being adjacent to Route 35.

1. The A line will continue on the south side of Route 35, with two additional stops, marked in yellow squares.

5. Service Yard/Line Termination

Edit: Take Out The power plant and the reclye plant. And I have posted 4 posts on this Cj. So thats 34- 28.4 = 5.6 points. So I get 5.6 points every month.

  Cost To Develope - This is how much it costs you to biuld your development.

  Monthly Costs - This is how much you spend per month to maintain your development - If your income is greater than this figure then this is NOT deducted from your points.

Income

  CJ Monthly Income: I should really get rid of this but this is how much you make per GAME simulated month

  Minimum Monthly Income: Before anyone gets paid, the game must be ran for ATLEAST 3 months, this is how much you earn every 3 GAME months as a bare minimum

 Total Income:  Your total income, how much you REALLY make after the expenses have been deducted and after we total in how many months the game will be run...

As for your points.. you DO NOT recieve your post points every month. You only recieve them once per score update... after you recieve them then you have to post again. Posts are not tallied per month, you recieve income for them only ONCE...

deion30296: N4C has stated that the shores are too steep for subway. Plus, I like the nitty gritty of El-Rail over subway, even if in this version of things, ultimately counting all costs, it probably costs more points for el-rail than subway.
