Nope! The numbers at which you switch from rank to rank are changed by the admins all the time, either up or down a few. Keeps ya on your toes.

Is that why the admin have felt it right to endow Jacqulina with a custom member label along the lines of "Current Top Posting Position Contender"? Now this is in no way an attack on Jacky, she is a very helpful and kind person and is a valuable member of the community but this attitude isn't encouraged when you give people CMLs relating to their no. of posts.

Exactly, have fun on the site, be helpful and post when it's needed. If you have something more to add to the comment, fine, but don't just say random, empty things to make your post count go up. Just because you have 1000 posts doesn't mean you're better then the guy with 5 posts, right? Well, as some people would say...

yeah; i used to worry in the beginning about my posts...but it was jsut selfish and idiotic actually...so i soon stopped and just enjoy the site. I f i have to post something i post it; don't just post empty things just to raise your number. Remember, good comments and replies make you the master!

probably cause someone else wanted to find out how to have 4000 posts. If you care about your post count, your going to start posting spam like "nice, bye" or "good work". You can have 20,000 posts, like jacqualina, just make sure they are quality posts (like jacqualina).

Yeah, that's true...i wonder; in just 2 years or something, he got like 25.000 posts! Really active member. I don't blame anyone; i love jacqualina's posts! They are indeed quality posts, not just empty words. Can't believe it; ain't it tiring to post so many posts every day?

i agree with hawkpride147, i was once at a forum where it was like a compitition to see who could get the most posts. and we posted meaning less stuff and it was soo annoying. it wasn't even fun. i just like to forget about it. but if i do notice i am up a level i'm happy! hhaha
