right shinkansen requests go in the bat request thread, also if you have a scout around you would find out that i am currently working on the holonic tower and the millenium tower has a close approximation on the stex. under Aeropolis ironically.

Looks great! And I love the idea of supertall buildings, however (and I hope I'm not being harsh on this one, because I only mean it as constructive critisism) do you think you can use a different texture? Most of your buildings seem to have that same blue glass texture. Try something different, there's so many options you can use.

It's looking good so far.  I wouldn't be surprised if a supertall was announced tomorrow that looked just like yours.

The only thing I have to say is to make sure it looks good at zoom 5, or at least zoom 4, especially around the base and the top.

Yes, looking good. But try to make them not to boxy or massive. This will have a negative optical influence of the whole city.

And such uge skyscrapers need a real good base, they are not plants, sticked into the earth.

Actually, most tall buildings have large piers that go deep into the ground to anchor them to an underground rock formation. So in a sense, they are like plants, with "root" systems going deep underground.

the millenium tower has, as mightygoose said, an aproximation at the stex, yet model only.

there's also the mireniamu tower, I think it's a japanese bat, that looks aswell pretty similar to the millenium tower

What's the update? I can't tell the difference. BTW, can you make a 300 floor skyscraper? This is by request from me. I want it to look like this:

If it gets bigger than the file size allowed on the STEX, then please make it as tall as possible before hitting 10MB. No jobs unless they are CS$$, please! I'd like the name of the tower to be SILPH Corporate Tower, or Saffron Corporate Tower. I don't know where to make B.A.T. requests like that, but this seems appropriate as a "supertall skyscraper".
