Nathan, I really love how you've used Glenni's buildings like that!

I also love the subtle photoshop of the bridge to join the two towers.

Yea, I like to do that, just because it looks realistic :D

Actually, call it GIMPed :D(And it came out better than expected)

Thanks!

@Gath22: That's one great mosaic! It's got it all; W2W, lots of different bridges, great and realistic industrial area, small town/suburb, a nice stretch of rail with smooth curves and FARR pieces.. Great!

Would that go in the Simtropolis book of world records for longest mosaic? :)

@Gath22: Wow that mosaic was truly spectacular! :ohyes:

I love the mix of scenery, eyecandy, and roads, buildings, etc. Absolutely beautiful!

@Kccl35: Those W2W buildings are beautiful! And with the contrast of the skyscraper, the colors blend together so nicely.

Wonderful work, both of you. :thumb:

Not bad! :) I like that irregularly shaped W2W block with the street spiraling into it best. I also like how some diagonal houses line up with the adjacent street/road.

However, I think you overdid the photoshopping a bit, some elements have ended up so bright that it stings in the eyes. And I think your pictures would benefit enormously if you turned on shadows.

thanks for reply. i know that photoshop thing, but for some reason on my desktop the picture doesn't seem to be so bright. but ypur definitely right. as for the shadows i would love to enable them but my old system would never let me do it  as soon as i get a new one, enabling the shadows is the first thing i'll do :]

saludos

@9988: fantastic mosaic! i like the pedestrian zone and the buildings on the pic are well chosen. great work

Elavery, awesome work. Is it one large tile or even more? Seems immense!

9988, I like the choice of buildings a lot, but the picture has been sharpened too much in my honest opinion..

Here's an older mosaic from me from a region I have stopped playing about 6 months ago:

I think it conveys some suburban 'flair', but it lacks details and there's too little traffic on

the freeway unfortunately..
