Sunken HW Scenery Problem

I have come across a strange problem with a plugin pack from Buddybud.  I have downloaded all of this sunken highway packs. I know it used to work flawlessly before.  The problem arrose when I built myself a new pc.  I upgraded from an AMD 3200+ 1GB RAM, to an Intel E6400, Asus P5B-D, 2GB Ram.  So I reinstalled SC4D, and redownloaded all the plugins I wanted.  On my old PC crashes were occuring too often, so i scrapped the plugin folder on my new PC and began fresh.

The problem occurs with the wall scenery I use after I build the sunken highway.  The picture will make it easier to describe what is going on.

I included the first few pictures to show my steps, smoothing the land, sinking the land, laying the ground hw and the bridge, placing the on ramps.  The problem occurs with the two scenery pieces used here.  Some of the tiles placed just show the green grass, and not the stone front.  The two highlighted in red are the problems.  Normaly they show a stone wall.  As seen with the on ramp piece, some of it works, and some of it does not.

I have played around with different depths for the highway below the ground, with no success.  The second scenery tile has worked for me in the past on flat land, but here it does not.

I included a city picture of an old city from my old PC, where the same sunken highway scenery has worked before.  I keep my plugin folder tidy, every plugin has its own folder.  Double killer is used to eliminate double files.  I have the game working with no crashes in game play.

Any suggestion on what I should do?

I know what you're missing.  You're missing Jeronij's Residential and Rual Walls.  Didn't you read the readme for the dependencies?

The jeronij walls aren't on the STEX anymore, and are hosted at SC4Devotion. Once you register there just search jeronij, and they're on the second page.

It works now like it has in the past except for the fact that after I place one lot I loose the plop pointer and it goes to the center pointer. Is this just something I have to deal with, or is there some way to fix this? Thanks for the help thus far.

Buddybuds lots are designed to be used with the 14m hole digger lot, not the 15m. I had the same issue and it worked. Also, somewhere in his Under Bridge Scenery thread it does specify to use the 14m. Don't remember which post or page though. https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=37&threadid=64741&highlight_key=y&keyword1=scenery

It wasnt the depth, that was the first thing I tried. I was missing the file that bwatterud suggested. But now I can only place one tile, and my pointer goes back to the centering tool. It becomes tedious when you are placing the walls for a large length of highway.

I have a different error with Buddybud's walls. They work just fine, and they show up when I place them, but the gaudy purple wireframe (very useful when placing them) won't go away after i place them, so now my sunken highway looks like this:

    I've seen this...

I notice your image was taken while the game was paused. Do the lot outlines stay when the game is running? If my memeory is correct (which could be a big assumption 4.gif), I think that I read in a post or Readme file that the lots' outlines and words will remain for a certain length of time (game time) or reappear. I use these same plugins and I have noticed it, but it goes away. Hope this helps.

Wow, I hope it's that easy to get rid of them. I'll try tomorrow (gotta sleep now). And thank you for your help.

Sorry that this is extremely unrelavent, but on the very first screenshot it shows that you monthly income is $0, but your expenses are -$4 billion dollars. How the heck did you do that?

Could be the lot that's available on the official site. It's called '4 Billion Park' or something like that. It's the most downloaded lot on the site (at least it used to be) and adds a -4 billion to the monthly costs. So, in effect, adds to the total revenue.
