Ok! got enough votes! going to start another thread for this...

and to answer skigeek's question...

I'm problobly going to use dice, pick six people...the red die will be the avatar...and the black die will be the user...and I'll sort it like that..to have a really random sort...though if people want to do 2 way swaps...then I'll remove them from the jar and set them up for that too

Same here. Default avatar day. It's the easiest to implement, and there's no real reason to not do it.
