I found Simpeg on my own, I mentioned them because I'd been told that ^-^

He doesn't have https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=15077 duplicated on his site, or aot of the mods like that.  I'll probably get his plopable trees, too... But I wasn't really a fan of the god-mode version, I was additional not replacements ^-^

Any other flora you know of?  It's really hard to find mods as opposed to just buildings.

I have been looking for a mod or something out there that will allow me to plop the European set of buildings in my cities. I already have downloaded the plop mod final yet it does not include the European tile set. I would appreciate any help on finding a ploppable European set.

TheNachoFan, I doubt it would work with only ferry connecting it: ferries I believe are only car/ pedestrian transit-enabled. I don't imagine garbage trucks are allowed on them.

Thank you for answering, but I found an underwater road connection. Search for "smoncrie" and it is among the hits. Might have helped me to have found the "Island garbage disposal" forum topic. Actually the original author was trying to get garbage out... Anyhoo it'will work

Also, does anyone know of any water pollution abatement ponds? Normally these are required for industrial complexes, in fact, every building or pavement over ten thousand square feet in CA, but I don't see any such items in the STEX like that. They'd be cheap to plop, minimal upkeep, don't have park-like bonuses, and maybe change with season. one to six squares. Does anyone know of such a thing?

I was thinking of using BSC or PEG ponds, or maybe just the Edmonton water, but that wouldn't help with the water pollution from industry/farms which seems to be an issue in some of my builds, would it?

Stardragon: On Peg's site www.simpeg.com you will find four 'reward' navy lots. PEG_Navy_Props_Vol1 is packaged with the first one, which is a battleship dock. The other three are, in order: an AEGIS cruiser dock (which comes with volume 2 of the peg navy props), a reserve destroyer pier, and a sub pen.

This is my rendition of the Frank Gehry-designed band-shell in Chicago's new Millennium Park. It is NOT intended to be an accurate representation, rather, it is MY interpretation of the space. Many liberties had to be taken to remove the structure from its natural context (in a park) and configure it for a stand-alone design. So, if your comments are something along the line of "it doesn't look like the original" or "you forgot this," please save them for yourself. The plop-cost is $250,000 and she sits on a 13x6 block (to accomodate 6x6 planners). Enjoy!

Hey, does anyone know of a Juicable or extracted version of the BSC SFBT Street Tree Mod by Andreas?

My STEX- wide search has so far yielded one result Sirithil and Coc.katoo! The one on the right (green one) is in fact a train station.

Search 'Estacao do oriente' or search for 'JEC'.

Edit: The more I look at Coc.katoo's picture, the more different it looks. They are both presumably the same model, but Coc.katoo's seems to not be a train station.

It can be found at Gizmo's site (http://gizmo.lunarpages.com) in his Downloads section, under "Archived Mods". You will need to register at his site in order to download the file. The file makes quite a few effects in the game available for placement on lots, so you can see them in the game without needing to do any special actions, such as making your Nuclear Power Plant meltdown.
