Everett has a north too! Here is what you can find there...

Ramsey University - Everett, Woodhale

Ramsey University is a sprawling university campus north of downtown Everett. It specializes in the medical fields. Around 44% of Woodhallan doctors graduated from the medical programs offered at Ramsey University.

The repetitive building scheme surrounding the western campus' main building are dorms. These dorms won't be around for too much longer, as Ramsey University has decided to invest in taller, more nicer looking dorms for the many students on campus. The development is still being formulated and should be confirmed within the next few months.

The Executive Parks in Everett

North of downtown lies a few government office areas that couldn't fit in the City Hall Park neighborhoods in Astoria and Orrington.

I love that golf course! I just made my first custom one, a par 3. I am going to try to make a huge one, a par 5. I also like the newspaper article about the vandals. Very clever!

*most* of the jersey shore is nice; i think you know what i mean (LOL). i live in the next town over from asbury park.

as for the update; again, very nice! one of these days i'll try my hand at making a golf course, when i have time. the university looks cool; i like the dorms. can't wait to see what'll replace them soon!

Very nice golf course! The driving range looks great. Good use of the street roundabouts, they look much better than cul-de-sacs next to parking lots. That's a really nice layout for the university, I like it! Can't wait to see the new dorms. Keep up the excellent work!

great golf courses!! love the parks. the university main building is beautiful!! but is that the only building?? or are there others or is there a satilite campuses!!?? and is there more parking for students who live in Everett who wanna drive?? looks good!! i love it!

Welcome to the Superupdate of Woodhale!

This crazy update has 30 pictures of places around Everett, and it will be the final update of Everett, as we will move to other areas in the Republic of Woodhale. I chose to showcase 30 pictures this time because we are rapidly approaching 30 pages! Please allow all the following images to load.

Lake Hathaway

Lake Hathaway is a beautiful area of northwest Everett. It is about 15 minutes north of downtown. Many people escape the hustle and bustle of the city and travel to the beautiful lake and its nice shade.

Manniondale & Everett Int'l Airport

This area is very busy. Manniondale is a bustling area 15 minutes north of downtown where many of Everett's industrial facilities are located. Lots of manufacturing and shipping goes on in Manniondale, and trucks send freight back and forth between the airport and the warehouses. The truckers use the Intermodal Expressway, which is a huge thoroughfare that links the airport to the seaports in Bellhaven.

Very nice golf course, and I do like the dorms very much. Perhaps it would be nicer to replace them, but those sure do look real enough. My own dorm in college quite resembled a tenement.
