Could anyone make One Times Square for me--I'd like all the billboards and stuff on there. ( they don't have to move though.) Could they be custom made too? (they don't have to be, you can use Maxis ones if you want)

^That has DEF been made, i have two different BATS of that same building lol.. you should repost that in the "CANT FIND IT ASK IT HERE THREAD"

BTW.. incase anyone hasnt noticed, this thread is not going anywhere, it should be locked.. im sure its quite a project to make a bat, so i doubt many people are willing to just take requests.. id say we are lucky with the amount of content already available.

SC 4 + CS 1.6 = :]

I was wondering if anyone was up for a BAT request.  I'd really like to see the Eagles Club in Milwaukee made into a BAT.  It's a very cool building in my eyes.  I was there last week for a concert in the Ballroom:

I would like to see a normal mall... like those found in texas... just a big collection of shops usually including a movie theatre (like AMC or century), maybe an ice skating rink etc.

my suggestion to all of yous:

noone is gonna make these requests. We just don't have the time or the care to. Pick up the BAT, and learn yourself. It may be just a hobby, but you will find it extremely rewarding.

I was wondering if someone could create Two Hanover Square in Raleigh, NC. It is 431 feet tall with 29 stories. A link to more information is here:

I also like the other tall building in GizmoCity's picture, the one not being requested already.

Thank you in advance,

~tudorjason

I'm sick and tired of seeing the same old university pop up in every one of my cities. Why not do things differently? Why not put together a university system that consists of individual buildings, each with their own effects? Here's what I had in mind.

Administration Building: A reward when your city gets big enough for a university, say 50k people. You have to have the Administration Building to build other University buildings. The Administration Building generates a small amount of revenue based on how many other University buildings you have in the city - it is the center of your fundraising campaign, after all.

After you've placed the Administration Building, you can put down other lots which serve as education buildings and have secondary effects based on what they teach there. Examples:

College of Medicine: Serves as a small college and a small hospital.

College of Dentistry: Serves as a small college and a clinic.

College of Business: Serves as a small college and boosts CO lots.

College of Agriculture: Serves as a small college and boosts Ag lots.

College of Engineering: Serves as a small college and boosts I-M lots.

College of Chemistry: Serves as a small college and boosts I-HT lots.

College of Law: Serves as a small college and as a small Bureau of Bureaucracy.

College of Environmental Science: Serves as a small college and reduces pollution.

College of Education: Increases effectiveness of other education buildings.

Other university buildings might include a student union and dormitories. They can be in a variety of styles, because real-life universities have all been built over a long period of time. Ivy-covered brick, neoclassical, Art Deco, brutalist, you name it, you can find it on campus.

Now, here's the bad news. I have the Mac version of SC4, so I can't make any of these lots. Is anyone interested in taking the ball and running with it?
